My favorite!! For all the tears spilled over those silly loop turners, the day I figured this one out was the best!

@@ElizabethMadeThisSEW they have those hard plastic straws in thick and then at the dollar stores and at walmart. I bought 3 in a pack at walmart for $1.99 then i went to the dollar store and they had 4 pack for a $1.00

Like the half rounded “stick” tip. For sewing buttons on thick fabric like you showed, I use a even thicker object like a pencil. And after removing the pencil, stick the thread back to the right side underneath the button and rap it around the stitches to pull them together before tieing off at the back. That way you create a shank. 💕
