You almost had a theme going in this vid, with three fan projects being created out of spite. Dormitabis and Sonic Gather Battle are the only odd ones out. But seriously, it's a shame when talented creators let their hubris get in the way and ruin their projects.

Honestly there's a lot of these for the FNAF series. The Fazbear Fanverse Initiative (basically every dev part of it has either been in controversy in their past or very recently, some more severely than others) and The Return to Freddy's (First game stole FNAF 1&2 game code. Rest of the series is completely deranged and well documented) could both be fit for a part two of this if you ever decide to make one.

Emil seems clean to me. Nikson just seems like he had some bad beliefs that he's changed his mind on which isn't that awful (in comparison to the people in this video and some of the other fanversers). The Kane controversy seems way too overblown, guy used the n-word (not the hard-r) in a private convo with friends, everyone has done this. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." I honestly respect the fact he didn't apologize as he literally had nothing to apologize for. The other two suck (even if Jonochrome is getting help and made up with the victim which is good.)

Just want to say THANK YOU for clarifying that the Green Goblin’s actor; not Harry Osborn’s, is the alleged groomer. There’s a KZfaqr with a big following that made a video on Lotus, but mistook Harry Osborn for the alleged groomer. This was a huge mistake on their part, as allegedly, the actor for Harry Osborn was cohered to relapse his alcohol addiction for a “better performance.”

I think the most interesting thing about Sonic Gather Battle is the pretty unsettling effects it has on the game whenever you try to seek out cheats. Especially once the game starts summoning eyeballs all over the screen.

Oh my god! Good news about number 3. The owner of the game was passed down, and a remaster of the game without the gross sa plot point is gone. In short, it turned one of the worst fnaf fan games to one of the best, in my opinion.

I don’t think any fangame will ever be any worse than RH. This is just Guyus’s sad desperate attempt to get more attention than the official devs for “mocking the original Crash”. In actuality he’s doing the same thing but with Crash fans that he has so much beef with. Saying how hypocritical this guy is would be too obvious.

From this video, I only know about two of the five fan games. Lotus I remember hearing about it when it was announced to be released. Even though it was praised a lot by the looks of it (most likely not in a good way), I wouldn’t watch it because of the racist, homophobes, and a groomer who were in the fan project. Then there’s retro hijinx I know about because I was one of his victims. There’s so much I want to say about this (including illegal stuff guyus did), but I really don’t want to get involved again with this guy.

Michał Gdaniec (the creator of NSMF2012) was mostly doing it with pure passion to Mario franchise, also many people calling it a malware are wrong (it was just simply some coding issue which only let you close the game by clicking the exit button)

I know people will disagree with me on this but I can definitely see why video game companies have trust issues with these types of fans, A lot of complainers say "video game companies hate us" and I can see why there's a reason they have trust issues with us. I've also seen some similarity in the smash Community with the allegations and the toxic Spider-Man fans against the MJ actor, By the end of the day I like companies working on their own games and following their own path, just the way they are rather than listening to fans or hiring the wrong ones that can easily affect the IP/brand.

I'd like to list Superman: Solar as an honorable mention for similar reasons to Spider-Man: Lotus. Sure, nobody involved with that movie has ever been called out for sexual abuse, as far as I know at least, it has come under fire for being made by conservatives and being rather amateurish despite having a pretty high budget. So that should paint a pretty good picture of what the movie is like.
