A core range whisky is one that a whisky distillery has as a standard release, so you know it is always being made and you should be able to find in most good spirit retailers. The best part about enjoying a core range whisky is, if you like it, you can buy it again, and again, and again. You can always come back to it and it will taste just as good as you remember.
