Prosecutors in New Jersey accuse Christopher Gregor of abusing his 6-year-old son Corey by forcing him to run at high speeds on a treadmill despite falling. The state alleges continued abuse led to Corey's death. Law&Crime's Jesse Weber takes a closer look at some of the most harrowing evidence against the accused killer.

He’s guilty beyond reasonable doubt, there is so much evidence showing this guys sociopathic abusive nature. He’s clearly never been told no in his life…. I hope when he is ruled guilty he realises that he wasted his freedom being a POS and will never get out again. I cannot imagine what this poor child went through. RIP Corey 😢

Happened to see testimony of his father who was law enforcement and consultant prior to retiring but was with the mother hands on daily for their kids. His father broke down and was more emotional about his grandson the whole family broken because this son, a teacher took custody of the boy from the mom and then purchased a home to raise this sweet baby. The little boys mother indicated concerns it seems the grandparents weren’t always included with him once they moved only occasionally. This guy obviously incapable of responsibilities his other siblings are. His mother couldn’t testify because they recorded him coaching his mother over prison phone call she was recused. Unimaginable what that sweet baby endured in silence aside from this situation because he was abused.

Corey was an inconvenience to Chris and he took his frustrations out on that poor child. He could have let Corey live with his mother, but I'm sure he didn't want to have to pay child support. A normal, caring father would have stayed at the hospital after Corey died, because he would have been too upset to do anything else. Not Chris. He runs. (Why if he didn't do anything to hurt Corey?) He is concerned about being arrested and tracked in his car. He leaves the state at drives halfway across the country as his son is being autopsied and prepared for burial. His actions are all those of a guilty man.

@@chrisswindells7340 from a previous episode where Christophers' father took to the stand where it was revealed that Corey was the only grandchild of the family lineage and they were excited to have him be a part of their family. I'm more than inclined to believe that not only was there pressure from that, but that Christopher seemed to be from a reputable family and not being around for what was confirmed to be his kid would look bad on the entire family as a whole. Christopher was essentially forced to assume father duties and pay his child support and he more than likely tried plotting how to get rid of Corey so that he could have his "life back". Absolute pos that should go away with no chance of parole.

Double standard. The courts are rigged for the guilty. It's a wonder any of the guilty are convicted and sentenced. Many innocent are sentenced for $$$$; but not the case in this case. Guilty and everyone in the courtroom and watching knows it.

Because the mother isn’t on trial, whereas the father is, so it’s likely the judge ruled his past was more prejudicial than probative. Either that or it was deemed irrelevant/unnecessary.

His lawyer has no shame on talking about how many times Corey fell from the treadmill, (SIX TIMES) and his abuser put him back on it over and over, while on maximum speed , and he added that people won't like the monster when they see the video, but he doesn't care if people (THE JURY) will like him or not. They are both selfish 🙄I dislike the lawyer a lot too.

Sepsis is usually caused by bacterial infections but may be the result of other infections such as viruses, parasites or fungi. I was hospitalized back in 2004 with it and almost died from it. Everyone is different but mine started with an UTI that I didn’t have any symptoms of until it was to the point of sepsis.

@@Tammy_26Irwin omg I’m sorry that happened to you. I understand that people in general get sepsis, I am just wondering what excuse the defense has for Corey having had it?? Maybe they mentioned their reason and I missed that one, but, unless they are claiming he got sepsis from the treadmill incident… well that’s from the abuse? It seems clear to me he never had sepsis, according to one of the medical witnesses. But, it just seems they are really reaching with that one.

Pretty succinct and not a lot of muddy obscurity in all the other testimony. That's one great thing about dudes like Gregor-- they're so entitled they never imagine being called on their egregious behaviors and leave trails of evidence easy for a jury to understand. He's toast.

The judge established there were no threats made . Only people accusing him of murder . Dave Graigir tried wining about that saying “ well people were saying he was a murderer and was going to be charged with murder . The judge looked at thf older Graigor on the stand Chris dad and said “ that wasn’t a threat it was a statement and he was ultimately charged with his murder “ 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I feel like the murderer don't care about the killing that he did and he feels like people are just fighting for, and complaining and nagging about somebody that he doesn't even give a damn, according to him the child was useless, he's not remorse, he's upset for being caught, for being there and spend his time on doing this trial.😔😔😮‍💨

So imo he gripped his head with left hand which caused bruise behind ear. As he held his head he upper cut coreys chest twice and stomach once. Then when he let him go he hit him in the back. Such evil actions from a sperm donor. So the chest punches affected the heart and lung. The stomach punch tore the liver. And the stomach punch was the one that caused him to vomit and discharge his bowels. Not hard to figure this bully out. The contusion to his lung caused his labored his breathing.
