can you still see peoples profiles after you report them? because i checked the guys profile out after seeing that score (it doesnt nearly suit his rank) and it seemed sus as hell so i reported it and now it doesnt seem to exist. could someone else try searching the guys profile to confirm?

Don't worry about it, it's just derankers with topplays full of 6.5-7.5* chokes that are worth like 200-250pp skewing the average.

​@@peterbezak5204 That's not deranker if they're "real choke". Derankers miss on those maps intentionally because easier to derank it back. By the way, one of the most ridiculous things I've seen recently was a 4 digit 1v1 tournament, but the 1st~3rd place were all 5 digits😂

He said that to my reply at 13:40 although I completely agree with him. When he says "it's far outside of their skill level" he is speaking in terms of consistency, not in terms of simply being able to play the map. Osu! is a fundamentally consistency based game. sure, if you take what he said, there are some aspects you could say that it's not entirely true, but when it comes to speaking of a players skill overall in osu! you need to be looking at consistency as a whole.

Typically when something is “out of your skill level” in osu! People mean you can’t FC it, passable range and FC range are different. It’s absolutely essential to play things that are “out of your skill range” essential to growth! But don’t get offended about it lol

@@Peter_Maz Oh yea I'm not offended by it lol. We just define "skill level" differently, which is fine. Taking his tone into account when he's saying _""another one who's playing a map that's way outside their skill level"_ it seems like he thinks that player shouldn't be playing such hard maps.

If I try a map that's in his opinion way outside my skill level, the more I try it, the more consistent I get at it? And in the end, I'll get a pass and stop playing that map. Maybe I'll go back and see if I can get fewer misses, hence improving my consistency. Consistency doesn't equal accuracy. There're maps I can consistently pass, and I have a consistent amount of misses whenever I play those maps. Maps like those are to me in my skill level, and to BTMC who defines skill level differently, I apparently shouldn't be playing those map according to the tone of his voice.

@@louisBrother1988 consistency does = accuracy. accuracy is consistency. if you are consistent with acc then 100% = SS = 100% = FC = you hit everything. i'm saying in the long run the game is fundamentally consistency based, i'm not saying it's bad to play maps outside of your consistency skill range and neither is he i am sure. he never said nor implied that it shouldnt be being played
