OUR 5 DIY Cleaning Product Recipes:
DIY ALL-PURPOSE DISINFECTING SPRAY
Ingredients:
• 1 & 1/4 cups water
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1/4 cup vodka with at least 60% alcohol content (can sub rubbing alcohol, but will have a medicinal scent)
• 15 drops essential oil
Instructions:
• Mix all ingredients into a spray bottle and give it a shake and spray.
• Let it sit for a few minutes and then wipe with a microfiber cloth.
DIY GRANITE/STONE CLEANING SPRAY
Ingredients:
• 1 & 1/2 cups water
• 2 tablespoons vodka or rubbing alcohol
• 1/4 teaspoon castile or dish soap
• 10 drops of essential oil (optional)
Instructions:
• Mix all ingredients into a spray bottle and give it a shake, spray, and wipe.
DIY DAILY SHOWER SPRAY
Ingredients:
• ½ cup Vodka or rubbing alcohol
• 1 cup water
• 10 drops of essential oil
Instructions:
• Mix all ingredients into a spray bottle.
• Spray in shower or tub daily after showering and let sit. No rinsing or wiping is necessary.
DIY GLASS CLEANER SPRAY
Ingredients:
• 1 cup rubbing alcohol
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
Instructions:
• Mix all ingredients into a spray bottle, spray and wipe.
DIY TOLIET BOWL CLEANER
Ingredients:
• 1 cup vinegar
• 15 drops of essential oil
• Baking soda
Instructions:
• Combine vinegar and essential oil in spray bottle.
• Spray inside the bowl and let it sit for a few minutes.
• Sprinkle baking soda inside the toilet bowl and then scrub with a toilet brush.

I’m all for using baking soda and vinegar for cleaner!! I am guilty of getting “pine sole” or something similar in a lemon sent to use for the mop

I have been making DIY cleaners for years! Love the peppermint floor cleaner. A common misconception about Lemon essential oil is that it contains citric acid. Simply not true. Unlike fresh lemon juice, lemon essential oil does not contain citric acid that can harm natural stone surfaces. It's safe for granite and marble. Ph-neutral and completely safe to use on the porous stone of granite and marble.

@@tinad4182 I mix up a bottle of floor cleaner using 2 cups distilled water. 3 T vinegar and 2 T rubbing alcohol and a few drops of peppermint or lemon oil.
