Hello Jeny thanks for connecting my apology in replying late you may contact me directly via my mobile number. However now you can prepare all the documents and insert into an envelope walk in any branch and drop at the front drop box. The officer will collect and get it register and email to you. Via online you may need to download Portal Assists fill up and submit to them to open portal for you. Once done, you may submit online. But that takes time. I usually walk in drop in the box with all compile documents. Hope this helps, again my apology for the late. Aiden

Our ssm no certify true copy...can or not ....ssm form is print from pc can use...

Hi Wendy, now with online submission, you can ignore the document without CTC. NO worries. Authority will accept it. :) Hope this helps. Or text me if you need more help.
