WOW, thank you, now I know how to make our NYC visit a work of art. Much better than a picture book sitting on a coffee table. My Granddaughter will have precious memories of that trip, a week before she went off to college!

These turned out so pretty! I have some copied family pictures from an event and I can now gift them as a nice display piece. Love this!

I made something very similar to this for my sister and her family. Her last name is Mendoza and the family consists of her, her husband, and their three kids. The M and A of their name I painted black. Then I had her husband's pictures on the E and I tried to mix it up with pictures from every age. Instead of leaving the pictures square, I cut out the subject of each picture and overlapped them on top of each other. Then I did the same with my sister on the N, their oldest on the D, the middle child on the O, and the youngest on the Z. I put these on the largest set of paper mache letters I could find and they are now displayed in her house! Oh! And just a little note, if you try this project, make sure the pictures are super super dry before you add the mod podge to them or the ink will run. I would print them the day before, honestly. I learned this the hard way!

Nice video I recently just got into diy’s and the first thing I tried was making my own block letters. I made them out of cardboard and I was going to cover them with some superhero pictures. I did a test run and it didn’t come out great. I used regular copy paper as well but when I woke up in the morning I saw that the paper just go all wrinkled and it looks horrible. Any suggestions?

Hi Steven! So sorry to hear about your difficulty! Hmmm... I've always used Mod Podge products when creating this project and have never been disappointed. As a matter of fact I have that project on one of my display shelves right now 3 years after I created it. Did you use a Mod Podge product? XOXO MissPlanIt

Miss PlanIt no I actually used regular white glue, maybe that’s the reason. But I guess I will have to go buy some mod podge and try that out. Thanks for the reply
