Those scrubby things are actually what causes alot of breakage and hairloss. For my sensitive scalp girlies i would recommended using your trusty fingers to clean your scalp gently and clarifying shampoo once a month to clean the build up. Use a gentle shampoo rest of the days💗💗

Also start using cold/cool water!!!! It has changed everything for me. I was used to using scalding hot water on my hair and body, no wonder it caused so much hair loss and bad skin. It will be harsh at first but you'll get used to it quickly 😆😆

I've fragile hair and that thing DOES NOT cause any breakage if you use it right. Ever since I started using it, my scalp actually gets clear.

Hydrating shampoos can be good for most people but keep it mind that even if you have a dry scalp the shampoos ingredients can just build up on the scalp and that’s why it’s good to use shampoos like volume shampoos. You just have to spread out the days you wash your hair so you don’t dry out your scalp.

great advice . my hairstylist never told me about washing my hair with cool water. i’ve always been losing hair due to hot water . my blonde hair would always get extremely dried out and fall out after a shower. and also a hydrating shampoo that lathers well. i just don’t want to use hyaluronic acid since it’s dries hair out horribly. but good you mention to soak the hair before lathering , i rarely ever soaked my hair with water first . and would always apply shampoo with some water on dry hair .

If we apply oil to the whole hair, then if we only shampoo the scalp, the oil does not go away from the length hair. how to remove oil fully

One of the things that I learned is don't use the scalp massager on a wet hair , why?? Because when your hair is wet it is fragile
