1.STUFFED IDLI RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 4tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 big size
Capsicum -1 medium size
Carrot - 1
Salt (as per taste)
Tomato -1 small
water( if required)
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red Chill Powder - 1tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder -1/2tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ragi IDLI batter used ( you can use any batter as per your wish)
2.EGG SAMIYA WITH SWEET POTATO FRY RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 4tbsp
Ghee -2tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Bengal gram Dal -1/2 tbsp
Cashew- 10
Green chill -5
Curry leaf - 12 leaf
Onion - 1 big
Capsicum - 1 medium
Tomato -1 small
Salt (as per taste)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Samya( 1 medium size cup per person)
Hot Water
Egg -1 (per person)
3.PANEER SANDWICH WITH GREEN CHUTNEY RECIPE:
SANDWICH STUFFING INGREDIENTS:
Butter - 2 cube
Garlic - 5
Onion - 1 big
Capsicum - 1 medium
Salt (as per taste)
Carrot - 1 medium
Tomato -1 medium
Pepper Powder - 1tbsp
Red Chill Powder - 1tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Water ( if required)
Panner-300 grm
Oregano-1/2 tbsp
CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS:
Mint leaf - hand full
Coriander leaf - Hand full
Salt ( as per taste)
Green chill - 4
Garlic - 5
Curd- 1 cup
Sugar - 2 pinch
FOR SANDWICH:
Used Amul Chess Spread ( as per your choice choose your favorite Chess)
4.KUZHI PANIYARAM WITH ONION CHUTNEY RECIPE;
CHUTNEY RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 2tbsp
Garlic -5
Dry Red Chill -4
Onion - 2 big
Salt ( as per taste)
Tomato - 1
Tamarind - 2 pieces
Urad Dal -1/2 tsp
Bengal gram Dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaf -10
Mustard Seeds -1/2 tsp
KUZHI PANIYARAM INGREDIENTS:
Onion - 1 medium
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chill - 3
Coconut Pieces - 12
Coriander - Hand full
Curry leaf - 12
No need to Fry add directly to Idly batter
Idly batter
5.METHI BATH WITH EGG
FOR PASTE INGREDIENT:
Grated Coconut - 2tbsp
Garlic - 6
Ginger - 1 finger size
Green chill - 5
Coriander - Hand full
water 1/2 glass
FOR BATH INGREDIENTS:
Oil - 3tbsp
Ghee - 2tbsp
Stone(rock) Flower - 2
Cloves - 4
Anise - 1
Cinnamon-1
Bay leaf-2
Mace - 2
Cashew -12
Green chill -2
Onion -1 big
Salt ( as per taste)
Tomato - 1 small
Mathi keera ( Vandiyam Keera) - 1/2 if it's big
Above paste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera Rice - 1 big glass
Water -2 big glass.
