I watched this video 3 years ago having never played slide guitar. In September 2023 I released an album “Wolves of Exile - Greasy Belcher Rides Again”. It’s full of scorching slide guitar. Check out the songs on my channel - thanks for the inspiration

No rhthm, no music. Put these "licks" in context. Put them within time. Yes, these figures are very blues cliche. No problem. But put them within a context of rhythm, of tempo. By learning these things without that context, you will have your students changing when they are not supposed to change. You must get your time together.
