I can certainly relate to the sentiment here. I felt the same way during travels abroad. I'm nowhere near as skilled as this gentleman and lady but I spoke what I could. And when a lot of these nations outside the US see a black person speaking their language, particularly a black person who calls the USA home I think it's a strong surprise if not a shock to residents of those places. But it's a pleasant surprise :)

I found that studying a new language in another language which you are not native in helps to keep focused. Also for a new language I found Kieran Ball's 3 minute courses to be a good tool to feel the taste of it. I swallow a few months of lessons worth in few days

Remi, - lower the input gain and increase the output level on your voice channel. That will help you get a cleaner sound on your voice. Love your videos. Just want to help you with sound.

Jeśli znasz rosyjski to powinieneś poradzić sobie z rozumieniem też po części polskiego i ukraińskiego. A gość zna portugalski, podobno jak z daleka słyszy się polski i portugalski to one brzmią podobnie. Ja chciałam się nauczyć szwedzkiego i zaczęłam, ale brak czasu sprawił, że zarzuciłam temat.
