I love goat’s brain but I only tried the Chinese style. Another exotic food which I love is Shirako (fish sperm). I had it once at a Japanese restaurant.

Frankly speaking, if you didn't know what was the exotic ingredient or if you think it is just regular meat/egg, most of these food will actually taste quite normal or close to other regular dishes.

I envy Asian night markets. In South Africa its not there due to politics and crime. South Africans are not allowed to enjoy or live their dreams but foreigners are allowed to dominate our country.
