Driver skill required to back a big many wheel low boy trailer like that is huge, even with steerable bogie wheels. Great respect. Lifting big weights at those heights is extremely dangerous. A random puff of wind will knock it over. This happened at a nuke plant I was working at during construction. Killed 12 people. Osha ruled it as an act of God.

They sent at least a dozen investigators who spent almost a month to determine there were no procedural errors made, all actions made by the personnel involved were prudent and appropriate for the conditions at the time and the amount of warning they had, and duly quality checked the ribs and BBQ at the nearby BBQ joint. They found no human fault was made, the ribs and BBQ exceeded all expectations and were outstanding, and attributed the cause to the only thing left to take the blame; " an act of god." OSHA hates that as they are always driven to find a witch to burn at the stake for such tragedies. They tried. They really really tried.
