Feta Pasta:
18 oz cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 cloves garlic
8oz feta cheese
8oz pasta of your choice
1/3 cup fresh Basil
Reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water after the noodles are cooked
Add tomatoes, olive oil, seasonings, and feta cheese to a oven safe dish mix everything together bake on 350 35 minutes. While that is baking in the oven boil 8oz of pasta and reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water once the noodles are cooked. Once the 35 minutes are up remove the peel on the garlic, add the fresh Basil in and mix everything together. Lastly add the 3/4 cup of pasta water and the drained pasta. Combine and serve.
Lemon & Green Bean Chicken:
2 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
1 pound of chicken tenderloins
Paprika
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt-N-Pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 Italian seasoning
Dash of red pepper flakes
Dash of onion powder
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbs butter
1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
Add the green beans to a microwave safe dish with one cup of water microwave for about 10 minutes or until they start to get soft
In a sauce pan add 1 tablespoon of butter with a tablespoon of olive oil let it get hot then add in your chicken tenderloins season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Once the chicken is cooked remove it to a separate plate.
For the sauce add the chicken broth to the sauce pan with the Italian seasoning, Red pepper, onion powder, garlic, tablespoon of butter, and the softened green beans cook all together for 7-8 minutes or until it is to the softness you like it to be. Add the chicken back in to warm up. Serve!
