Hello and welcome to Five Palm Jumeirah Hotel Dubai.
Welcome to the jungle 😁. But not in Luxury.
FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai is called a luxury lifestyle hotel with 470 rooms and suites which encapsulate all aspects of elegance. Ideally located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah island, offering picturesque views of the Arabian Gulf and Marina skyline. However our experience was far from luxury.
The hotel offers day/night parties every day to live your life to the fullest.
Unfortunately, the parties might be good, but hospitality is not there. If you want a luxury experience, this hotel is not for you. You will enjoy the hotel if you come here for a party. I recommend booking a day pass for the beach club/hotel pool and staying elsewhere.
The experience you get doesn't have much of the website description, so please keep in mind that before book this hotel.

No worries, I'm happy to help you. It was 1000 AED + day tax. We didn't have a sun lounge on a balcony as we should have. When we asked if we could get at least one, as it was one of the reasons why we booked the room, we were told yes. After half an hour, the answer was no. We wanted to have some drink next to the pool one of the staff members told us to sit, and we would get served. We waited for 30 minutes, and then they told us to go and order by ourselves at the bar. The complimentary evening service didn't happen on the first night, and some amenities were just empty boxes (toothbrush kits without toothbrushes). Definitely not 5* experience. On a cheerful note, breakfast was good.

Wow.. 1000 aed plus tax just for a security deposit? And yeah I keep wanting to book a few nights there cuz the hotel looks so beautiful from the beach to the balcony views but then I always see comments like yours. Thanks for the heads up!

It depends on when you go. In July, it's about $150 a night, but in October, it might jump up to $390 for the same room.

Depends on day/month. I paid around £150 with the breakfast for 2 in September.

Did u have any issues w them charging ur credit card for things u never ordered or not returning your security deposit ??? There's so many reviews complaining about that .. I'm so torn, I had plans to stay at that hotel cuz it's so beautiful but I canceled, the reviews are just so horrible

We had. I actually forgot to mention that. They have different procedures for returning deposits, which we have never experienced before. We were lucky that we had two phone numbers of staff members as we were dealing with other issues during the stay, so my husband was texting them many times. We got it back within a week, but it might take longer if you don't push them.

@travelwithme013 yeah screw that. I really wanted to stay there cuz some rooms have such nice views but **** all that noise. I'll just stay at the Hilton Next door and go there for dinner or beach Day pass ... I could get over all the other negative reviews online about noise, dirty rooms, etc But them blatantly stealing/scamming reviewers is a no go for me.

@Scrappy1451 I agree. For the price, they ask you to stay elsewhere and be appreciated as a guest. And everything there is overpriced. We went for a lunch to Atlantis, which was much cheaper.

@travelwithme013 u said u already had 2 of their phone numbers cuz of other issues.. what were the other issues and how much money did they withhold from ur card before returning it if u don't mind me asking
