Use an empty pop/soda can to put inside the popcorn maker! Then you can put the food inside the soda can and you get closer to the element, just remember to stir it! 🤪 I hope it fits 😂 And you should also try hashbrowns! Both the patty and the little diced kind! If the soda can fits, can you boil water with it? Maybe make rice or pasta of some sort? Spiral or clam shell? 😂 Definitely try spaghetti! Soup, oatmeal, marinera sauce 😝 Y'all are crazy. I love it. ♥️
@sharlahardy5564
@sharlahardy5564 3 жыл бұрын
As I was watching, I kept thinking that a home-made wire insert would improve things. A soda can sounds great. I'd worry that the can might cut off air flow, depending on the width of the popper. But if you cut slots in it, that could work. If there's enough room in the popper to let you leave the can's bottom intact, it would collect any drippings.

When I was in college my roommate bought pizza bites, the ones made on mini bagels. We didn't have a microwave in the room, so she grabbed my popcorn popper and put the pizza bites on the cooking surface. Burnt the bottom and melted the cheese, but didn't cook the bites through. Also ruined the surface of my popper.

My recommendation on the fries would be to try this again, but this time, use Nate’s method of the pan with the air popper upside down. You could heat up the oil in your frying pan, put in your fries, and then cook them and I think that would have a much better result.

Try the potatoe skewered through the ends so it can be turned as it cooks, like a rotisserie

I think it would beinteresting to see what happens if you put other grains into the popper. Barly, wheat and the like are obvious, but there are other great staples you could try like lentils, chick peas, edemame beans and the like could also be interesting. ... also a decent bird seed mixture could also be interesting.

Hey guys try the fries again using a smaller strainer for either a kitchen sink or for drinks and place that inside the center with the fries and fryer seat up to see if it makes a difference

Hey TKOR I have an idea for you guys to try. Try cooking food with a hair dryer. Make a heat proof box with a hole for your hair dryer and some exhaust holes. put the hair dryer nozzle in the hole and crank it up.

I prefer the kind of Popcorn air poppers that have a spin inside it to ensure the Kernals are heated more evenly, and the popped ones will go up to the top easier while the unpopped will stay in better.

Hey, you guys should totally test out some things with pumpkins 🎃 for Halloween!! Maybe best ways to use pumpkin innards (with something super weird or set on fire), or just cool things with pumpkin, but it would be really fun no matter what!!😁
