Thank you for such a thought provoking video. I thought you comment referring to things as packing away your stress was so insightful. My wife and I are in the middle of a massive declutter. I now see many items that I owned as obstacles. They didn't help but demanded attention or blocked my progress but not just physically...the silent to do list can be really loud. As we recycle every car load that goes feels so good. Our lives should be about mental and physical space because that is where the moment and joy exist. I wish you well.
