Great video! Can I use coconut water? or does it have to be cream of coconut for the authentic flavor? I’m considering offering this at my restaurant.

Thank you! For the Blue Hawaii featured in the video there is no coconut involved. For a Blue Hawaiian it would be cream of coconut, not only for the flavor but also the texture. I have a separate video on how to make a Blue Hawaiian on my channel
