North Georgia is LOADED with beautiful waterfalls that are easy to get to. Here's 3 more in the north-central part of the state. #1- Amicalola Falls (one of the highest waterfalls in the eastern United States, you can park right by it). #2- Fall Branch Falls (just a half mile off a very well maintained gravel road with yurt rentals beside the falls) #3- Long Creek Falls (1 mile off a well maintained gravel road through old growth trees and zero tourism).

That was not THE waterfall known as Dick's Creek falls

That's Dick's creek EAST. The larger river was the chattooga river, next to S. Carolina. You're thinking of the Dick's Creek West falls, just north of Dahlonega.
