It turns into infinite reties😊 600 equals 4 reties for some locked sisters 6 reties for others. To never have to worry about another appointment or cancelation. No worries about marrying locs without consent. I'm just saying. 😅😂😊 Even if after a year you don't like it and return to tooled reties it would have paid for itself

Thanks for sharing your journey. My mother has had sisterlocks for 5 years. She complains about the pain during her reties. The reties also look so very close to the scalp. She gets her reties every 10 weeks. You can see her grid from a mile away. I imagine it would be worse if she were doing it more frequently. I told her to switch over to knotted locks and she plans to do so.

My mom loved her knotted locs. I'm still trying to get the hang of it . I can't seem to get the knots as close as I would like them . I must admit her micro locs are thicker at the root. When my micros are mature enough , I'm going to knotted locs myself . Imagine you only have to maintain your hair 4 times a year.
