I go to sleep at 22:30 or 23:00 so I can get the 8 hours that my body needs and also have enough time in the morning.💛🤗☀️

These are some great habits, thanks I’ll start trying some of these. Btw I love how you give us amazing tips and advice that definitely helps but you don’t make anyone feel crap about themselves for not doing it. Ik some youtubers with videos like these go on about it’s so bad if u don’t and it makes me feel unhealthy and just crap so thank you for this. Xx💘

10:00 pm or 12:00 pm, it actually depends. When there are my exams I sleep early than regular and on regular days I usually sleep late because I don't know, the school works and studies and I also spend time on BTS because I am an army. I want you to please tell me how should I say no to them, they are just so good and I can't stop watching them!

i wish i had a room like u every indian would wish the same u know in our house we dont even have are own room if we are a kid or a teen i am a teen i have to share a room my my 12 year old sis and we only have i desk to study snd my sis sleep's at 2 in the night i sleep at 9:30 she tell's me to wake up at night ur so lucky
