Contractors don't patch laminated spots anymore, they just remove the entire plaster and redo it all

no disrespect overkill buddy...spend some $$ rent something and knock that shit out. that's what's wrong with east Coast pool guys. I can design it myself I can pull the permits I can dig it I can plumb it I can run electric I can rebar it I can shoot n cut shotcrete I can tile it I can plaster, quarts, brush or pebble technology with my left or right acid wash or powerwash exposes start up. I can service it I can balance chems. or I can sale it.
