🛒 Ingredients (30 pieces):
🔸 1 sheet of puff pastry
🔹 A couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce
🔸 1 can of tuna fish
🔹 3 pitted olives
🔸 1 slice of cooked ham
🔹 2 slices of aged manchego cheese (or the one you like best)
🔸 3 cherry tomatoes
🔹 A couple tablespoons of pesto sauce
🔸 1 mushroom
🔹 A couple of tablespoons of sobrasada
🔸 A couple of tablespoons of blue cheese
🔹 6 walnut halves
🔸 1 tablespoon of caramelized onion
🔹 A little honey
🔸 Oregano
🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Using a ruler, mark 6 divisions on the long side and 5 on the shorter side. Cut with the knife following the guides vertically and horizontally, resulting in a grid of 30 portions.
2️⃣ Using a shot glass or small cup, mark and press in the center of each square. Since my glass is not quite flat, I then touch up by pressing with my finger a little in the center. Finally, prick the hole with a fork.
3️⃣ Fill the first 6 with a little tomato sauce at the base, a teaspoon of tuna crumbles and half an olive on top. In the next row, also put a tomato sauce base, a small piece of hard manchego cheese, another piece of cooked ham and a slice of mushroom.
4️⃣ In the third row, place a base of pesto and on top, half a cherry tomato. The next flavor consists of spreading a little sobrassada in the center and placing a small piece of cheese on top. Finally, place a teaspoon of blue cheese in the last row (pressing it a little).
5️⃣ Bake at 200 ºC (390 ºF), with the oven preheated, about 15-20 minutes, when you see that the surface is golden brown.
6️⃣ When you take them out of the oven, sprinkle a little oregano over the tuna and mushroom canapés. Add a little honey to the sobrasada canapés. Put half a teaspoon of caramelized onion on each of the blue cheese canapés and top with half a walnut.
