Julia I just received your new cookbook yesterday in the mail and it has your autograph. I am so happy. It's such a fabulous cookbook. I am so grateful for you in my life. I just recovered from COVID 19. I was isolated for a week ( luckily my symptoms were very mild) I have a high vaccine status ( 5 times) So I stayed at home and cooked many of your recipes. Hi Julia. I received your cookbook and I have to tell you that if you publish a dozen cookbooks, I'd be ordering them all! Also, thank you for mentioning that the holidays are hard for some of us. I lost both of my daughters from my first marriage and I really struggle every day with no support from anyone. It feels like the majority of my heart is gone. Thank you for the great recipes. I'm so sorry for your great loss😢. No matter how sad you feel, you are not alone! I lost my younger Sister beginning of 2023 and my Brother years ago. I'm alone now but I'm so thankful for 2 sons and 16 month old grandson 😊. They light up my life. I hope you have someone to light up your life☺️❣️

We just received your cookbook a few days ago and already made the German pancakes for breakfast yesterday. So yummy! My eight-year-old has never shown any interest in cooking before, but got quite excited when he saw the package and the cookbook got his attention. We've had great fun looking through it and picking out things to make together. He's really looking forward to trying some of the recipes. Thank you so much!

I have to tell you, my family thinks that I'm a brilliant cook. I've tried telling them that I got the recipes from you and just add little things when money allows. I have asked them for your cookbook, for Christmas. My daughter's favorite is the Black Bean Enchilada Casserole. I just add some taco meat and sweet corn, and she thinks it's the greatest meal on Earth. Your $5 meals got us through some hard times. I absolutely love and prefer to make casseroles. I have been cooking for 45 years and I'm just tired of cooking! My husband, though misses me cooking the big meals, but I get in as many quick casserole and easy crockpot meals that I can! ❤❤❤

I love your videos. You are so sweet to mention people who may be alone for the holidays. Sometimes it's somebody saying, "I'm thinking of you" that makes them smile. I work in the school cafeteria. I know some of those kids don't get a smile in the morning. I make sure to smile, no matter how much soreness I feel, and tell them to have a good day. Thank you for being the kind person you are.

I love the French onion chicken, I have made it a couple times in the crockpot, which is in her cookbook and made on one of her past videos! It’s so easy because, you really don’t do nothing but, add the ingredients!

Your recipes are super easy to follow, contain lots of helpful tips and are really affordable and attainable. I'm so glad I found your channel.
