Agreed. I purchased a '23 this year and have been shocked by how good it is. 9 times out of 10 I drive it over my other cars, and I have put nearly 3K miles on it in 4 months time where my other cars see 1K miles a year at the most. It's been absolutely bullet proof. My biggest complaint is the exhaust note, but the turbo noises are incredible, especially for being stock.

How can I afford a car this expensive such as you did?

​@@CR-os7hq, honestly, a GPF delete and/or cat delete gets the car exactly where it needs to be. This engine has a ton of noise potential, but the stock car is tuned towards environmental friendliness and efficiency.

Yeah it's over 1700kg despite having a carbon tub and is heavier than the hybrid 296 which has an aluminium chassis.

@@amarjit_singh_ yes, supposedly it’s the result of Maserati deciding to build an EV version of the MC20 in the near future. Totally unacceptable for a carbon tubbed car to be that heavy

Perhaps the MC20 beats it on beauty but the 600LT beats it on everything else, especially in terms of driving dynamics

@@clyde5273 I previously owned a 2019 600LT too and a friend of mine bought a used MC20 a few months ago. I completely fail to see how that car won EVO car of the year, it’s not a bad car by any means but it’s not nearly as agile or fun as the 600 was in my opinion

I’ve heard the opposite from multiple reviewers. Now it isn’t track focused it is more of a comfortable supercar but still handles well. It is heavy though

The drive modes in this car COMPLETELY change the handling characteristics. In GT mode it is soft and handles more like a semi-sporty sedan, in Corsa mode (the most aggressive setting) it is very stiff and handles incredibly well. It's not as sharp as something like a 570s/600LT/GT3 but it's sharper than an 992 Turbo S or R8. I've been very surprised by how good the MC20 is as an overall package.

Regardless of mode you are in, cornering is flat and steering is responsive. GT mode is meant for casual, everyday driving. Sport mode is for more spirited driving, with sharper throttle, transmission and steering response. Corsa turns everything a further notch up. It sounds cliché to say that it's go-kart like, but it really stays flat through brisk turns, feels lighter than it is or is even claimed to be, and is confidence-inspiring. I was taking mountain curves at 2-2.5x the posted speed suggestions and it never felt like it was at the edge. It felt as confident as a Ferrari Challenge car without all the harshness of that suspension setup. The low CG really works in its favor here.
