Yeh confirm hai 80 cr per jaega. Build quality dekho and location dekho. Gulberg bohat slow ahi posessions main. 2-3 years main game chagne hone wali hai woha cuz express way bhi upgrade ho rahi hai and probably route bhi ban raha hai metro ka.

Yeh farmhouse investment property hi ho sakta hai. itne bare ghar rehne ke liye practical nahi hain. agar ise kharida to koi builder hi kharide ga ya koi investor F-10 ya E sector main do old houses bech ker yeh brand new 5 kanal ka kharid le ga cuz wo properties already mature ho chuki hain unki price koi khas nahi berhni lekin is farmhouse main bohat ziada potential hai.

This house is amazingly gorgeous, every stone is used is screaming luxury, everyone complaining about the sofas with the pool it's not wrong coz if you see there's a bar right there with a mini kitchen (it's not a full fledged kitchen where you're cooking for 200 people) that counter is for drinking smoking and to just chill relax on the sofas I would also throw in a pool table or to be Desi like a carrom board and other fun games. Most definitely for a huuuuuge family of like 25 where at least 15 of them working and pitching in to keep up with the house. Imagine the weddings and parties would be lavish. I am super impressed with this great work Islamabad. Best wishes from an Indian residing in Las Vegas.

No doubt it has been designed in a very decent way. But what I feel the drawback is that the bathrooms are very small comparing it with the size of the house. No Jacuzzi or Bath Tub in any bathroom. The double heighted living area could have been compromised to increase the sizes of rooms, dressing and bathrooms.

Small bathrooms, no tubs or jacquazi, not enough parking , not even covered parking, no swiming pools. Its definitely different kind of look. Feels back 200 years like a king palace. Todays demand is modern , luxury with new style. Not a bad house at all for certain taste of people.

I don't know how someone can actually live in this house, I mean even at seeing, this is giving me very lonely vibes..this could be a very beautiful house but it can never become a home to someone...I mean how will one do cleanliness to maintain?? Like the ceilings are so high that anything that is installed on ceiling can't be clean...Also, why so many sofas at one sitting place yet they are not oriented in a way that everyone sitting on these could interact on one topic..like this is just luxurious but neither like home nd nor comfy.

Though it's a bit luxurious yet furniture needs to be more complementary.. Overall it's amazingly designed i do appreciate the architecture quite tricky....kitchen and drawing room design seems like derived from old school of thought. The theme of this farm house resembles with those mansions used to build in Italy and France in 20th Century. This Masterpiece is might good for film & drama industry for their shoots but not for living. Its way too big 😉
