That is the reality for so many even in w .. Marilyn Manson still walks free even after the accusations … unfortunately alot of victims dont want come further specially if the said harasser is a celebrity.. exposing themselves to attention and media when they already feel vulnerable is not easy … filing a law suit is already hard as it is … but rest assured karma is real …

Not only that, it tells you how many aweful people already sit in the court room. My sister knew a laywer who is corrupt as hell. Her assistant is a drug addict and they get supply by the people they defend, which are murderes, child rapists and part of mafia. My sister worked in the lawyers office and left the job because she had a big fight with them. The worst is, she can't expose her, because we will have to fear for our own lives because the lawyer knows too many dangerous people.

For crimes like rape, and other forms of sexual assault, there should never been a statue of limitations, I understand it would be more difficult to gather physical evidence but still it’s so ridiculous to have a limitation since it’s so common for survivors of rape and sexual assaults to take their time coming out

He and his wife had a reality show where they joinned the couple then too. I guess you will never know behind all those smile. Not everyone is as he/she seems. I wish there were better way out for these victims then quitting bec for some this were their only income. For 2nd actress, her co-workers that acted closely with her on F4 set actually left acting and continue to help fight her case and she also got attacked too. Alot of small companiese executives do this to new idols and actress. It is crazy. That is why I said they need to make the charges harsher for these guys.

I believe it’s universal not just in South Korea, it’s disgusting & I feel for the voiceless. Hoping the me too movement allows people to bring those terrorising the innocent to justice. Wherever someone may have connections, I really hope that the misbehaviour ceases to exist. Everyone should remain respectful of each others personal space, I understand in filmmaking that there’ll be blurred lines in certain situations and aspects of the storyline which will involve physical action Etc, but away from the set nobody should be summoned under false pretences to give anyone a happy ending; otherwise it’s just rape! Keep strong Ladies and to also the Men who may also be put in this situation, it’s not right for either gender to have to deal with unwarranted attention, whether sexual or intimidation tactics unacceptable period!

Given that at least a lot of this is being exposed it would be wise for acotrs to be aware of these situations and perhaps despite the fact that this is not acceptable just be more careful when they are working on set, either have a companion with them as often as possible to try and avoid times when they would be vulnerable. Equally in this day of mobile phones etc again using technology to capture/record situations might help?? I should not be the case of people having to do such things however, given the bias that clearly applies against women in the industry it is a sad fact that until/unless things change it may be something that is required for safety both for the women and indeed for those that may be accused unfairly.

The rape cases in my country are mostly from those who are from the lower class. Means less educated or poor. Most of the time, it's because they're drug addicts. But you never hear this from the upper class or the corporate world. They know how to respect and to keep their honor. They wouldn't lose face just because they like a girl, and the girl rejected them. Hearing this from Korea, which is developed country, is just disappointing. They need more education other than what they receive from school.

Do you think the politicians of you country are saints? Dude...in ALL the countries, most of the politicians are rapists or worse PEDOPHILES. Víctims of the upper class people have less opportunities to sue them. How could you think a first world country couldn't have rapists, pedophiles, etc. among their citizens? Having poor education doesn't equal to being a rapist and having a degree at Harvard or other important university doesn't equal to be a decent human being. Your comment is a good example of discrimination. Just because victims can't sue them doesn't means doesn't happen. Your comment is as well very insensitive because you are invalidating those victims. Watch this video and educate yourself kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nsxghM90m9WtlXU.html

Their song "War Of Hormone" was coitized. In the pas, BTS wrote about education system, social problem, etc. Their songs can not change immediately, but can raise awareness. BTS still do not dare to write about women right and justice imbalance. But only BTS who have a gut to write a such things. EXO? They only have a love songs 🤣🤣🤣

Ah patriarchy and hierarchy, a match made in...... isn't it just great. Everything is an entitlement, a right. There can be no refusal. This is not just a problem in the entertainment industry, although it may occur more frequently there. Non-consensual acts have lasting ramifications to the victim. That is not recognized almost everywhere. Being a woman is not an easy place.

You people are viewing this through western culture so I doubt you really can understand what these young actresses are dealing with and I doubt these young actresses, who grow up very westernized, understand this. So when confronted by reality they become shocked and disillusioned by the type of industry they are in. It is very well known that there is a dark side to the entertainment industry. If you had enough money and/or power, you can get whatever you want. This is a society dominated by men. Is it right, no, but this is another country with a different culture. Korea is probably 25-50 years behind America in this regards. Imagine what Harvey Weinstein could get away with 25 years ago and then you can understand what these young actresses have to deal with. No one will be punished because they have too much power and influence.

The females are equally bad. Just that the media don't publish it as much. Did you guys not seen Kim Seon-ho situation or the Amber Heard case?

Why you have to mention "females" being equally bad? LOL the video is not about men being bad, but TRUE cases about people in high ranks abusing actresses. They happened to be men but the video doesn't say all men are bad. Why can't you just accept this happened without trying to bring your "oh women do that too" argument? Ugh🤷🏻‍♀️

@@chipmunkpark8826 exactly, it's sad that that's what he took from this video. Not it's disgusting what happened to those women but " women do it too" ideally no one is doing it. It's not a competition I'm tired of people using the Amber Heard case as though they're trying to minimize abuse against women

It is not about gender. Men and women have different style to make a crime. Men usually more stronger and have higher power, and it is natural to use his muscle and power to do his crime. Women use their act (psychology manipulation) and intelligence to do her crime.

All I have to say to you haters what you are doing is wrong too. Two wrongs do not make anything right .was not there.is it's true it was wrong. No matter who may have did wrong. I always thought Korean culture was strict. A shame to see ones career on.the line. Sorry to read this truly I am. But I am.a fan of his. Not putting those ladies down by any means. There is an old saying it says there are three sides to every story 1 the so called victim or victims. What ever the case may be 2 the accused ones side or story .3 the real truth of a matter.

Why are non Koreans so hooked on the belief that Koreans can do no wrong? They are human like the rest of us and do good and bad things like everyone else. If someone comes forward putting their entire career at risk to highlight horrific behaviour in their entertainment industry why would you assume they are lying because 'Korean culture is strict?'

A lot of young teens and others smoke and some drink too. Most slip around. Anand a lot get caught. Why hide anyone can smell the after smoking the hair on.their clothes. Smoked when I was thirty years old about three months hated the smell on my hair on my clothes and the stink.in my apartment. Nasty habit. I am now in congestive heart failure because of so much secondary smoke from others. Doctors tell me my lungs are so scared and damage was diagnosed about 8.to 10 years ago. The death rate from first diagnosis is about five years. I'm past this now but have frequent trips to the emergency room. Have to Have a breathing machine at hand at all times. Oxygen is the final thing at this time for me most people can't be taken off oxygen once They Have to have.it. and it's dangerous if you have smokers in your home and I do. Said this in hopes it may help others. For me at nearly 83 years of age. Am thankful to have made it this far. Actually we are harmed the most .yes makes me angry and hurts. But we can't control others lives their choice. I goon do the best I can and try to stay away anyone smoking. My late husband.stopped when he found about my problems. And cold turkey at that. I enjoy my life each and every day R so.now than in many years. .if you don't smoke

Ppl like you are the reason why so many victims don’t want to talk about what happened to them. Victim blaming and supporting assholes that hate woman just showed how gross your personality is as well. Go support whoever you want but if shit like this happens to you one day than don‘t be shocked when ppl victim blame you as well.
