JP and BhopsUltima Making the pencil thing to use instead of your fingers to use for your phone saves you money and reduces ugly marks that come from your fingers that is left on the screen. That's a life hack. What if you accidentally forget your ruler for math class? You might as well have an extra pencil, so use that as a ruler if you don't have one at the time. That's a life hack. Making a stand for making videos or even watching a movie on your phone (+it's adjustable) when you don't have the right equipment is a life hack. Only 2 of them aren't life hacks, but you HAVE to agree those are cool ideas anyway. And the drawing with a spoon can also be a life hack for artists... soooo.... Both of you are partially wrong. I spent quite a while writing all this, just trying to prove you guys wrong. Sure they aren't life hacks, but like I said, they ARE cool ideas.

These are good ideas. Really. Just take a cheap toy car apart and rebuild them to more fun way of using pencils. Not technically life hacks but definitely seems fun though so thank you @MrGear

I'll admit, the eraser thing was pretty genius, but who's gonna be able to (A: attach all of those parts correctly, (B: change and/or recharge those batteries, or (C: use such a loud contraption without distracting absolutely *everybody*?

The 1st "hack"... hmmm I've never knew that :D 2nd - I've laughed about it :)) It's cool but probably you don't expect that you'll most likely will drill off paper to holes :)) Use FaberCastle big smooth erasers! Amazing form, erases pretty good and you will always have a thing edge and a big flat surface (to erase much thicker) 3rd - isn't a hack at all (but nice!) 4th - don't forget about your lovely playful cats ;) They loves pencils who doesn't know...

It erased very neatly and did not require much pressure. It also seemed to erase without abrading as much eraser material, so your eraser would last longer, even though you were using stored electricity to power it.

Seriously work well, especially when using an eraser shield. If you've never done construction drawings, graft paper, vellum and have designed to scale by hand, don't worry about it. This world is becoming cut and paste quickly. Architects, Landscape Architects, technical renderings for grading and drainage...are becoming a thing of the past. Too bad. HAND drawn SELLS designs. Not computer produced! Hand drawing makes one a better designer. Computers just get something on paper that no one understands and one can 'get away with it'.
