If you know my story then you know that I quit pharmacy after only 11 months. It's been almost 5 years now since I quit pharmacy, so I wanted to take a journey down reminiscing lane and talk about 5 life lessons that I've learnt during pharmacy.

just finishing up my hospital pharmacy internship and seriously considering quitting already! i feel so much external pressure to apply for a full-time position at my site... but i'm really scared i'm going to lose myself in the process. i feel like the people around are so eager to move up the career ladder (...totally understandable as i feel like acquiring a hospital position wasn't super easy and is only getting more competitive!). while i sense the air of silent judgement from my peers when voicing my desires to go pursue something more creative (where this is typically viewed 'impracticable' within my very 'traditional' realm of work), i think i'll stick with my gut. thank you, next...

This was such a great video! I'm in my third year (of 5) of pharmacy school and I'm seriously considering quitting it. If I drop it my other option is to pursue a degree in English (as a second language) so I can teach and be a translator (I think I would enjoy that, and it is more related to my dream of being a writer), oooor try to transfer to another, but related program if possible, like applied chemistry... This degree is just sucking the life out of me and I recently realized that I probably wouldn't enjoy doing research in this field all that much either (though my grades would probably not let me anyway; I am barely passing, due to lack of motivation) 'cause they test medication on living cells which they get from rats...in the lab... I don't think I could handle that... And research was like my end goal/dream(?) going into this degree...

please can you do a video on the novel growing up Asian, but cover these stories 1- Me and Wei-Li 2- Destiny 3-the courage of soldiers 4- perfect Chinese lessons 5- Five Ways to Disappoint your Vietnamese Mother 6- Baked Beans and Burnt Toast please just do a video explain the themes and it's affect on the audience please please please!

I can relate to the communication piece- I want to be a teacher/trainer in some capacity. I’m going into my 3rd year of pharm school thinking about dropping out :(

I recently started my 3rd year and I'm in a similar position, I no longer like my degree, though and feel drained thinking about it. I really want to drop it but I honestly don't know what to do.

I'm also in my third year, seriously considering dropping out... I just don't have any motivation to push through my remaining 2.5 years... And then on the other hand, I'm half way through so maybe the most sensible thing would be to finish it. But idk man, it's killing me :)
