There is one more mistake in antman when hankpimp says that when you become small your size only changes not your weight or density then how does scot is able to sit on an ant and fly and also how does hankpimp is able to carry a litteral building and tank in his pocket.

I agree with you, I always watched MCU as fiction Not sciFi, Their time travel theory is just to create more hypes and to cover plot holes, well the twist and secret that only director or writer know is not a logical at all. I think we shall just enjoy the movies and action without using too much brainpower on connecting dots that these mcu creators left behind in the name of post credit twists and hypes. TBH, I loved Captain America 1 in whole mcu, had best story to tell.

i have a question in far from home phase ended so according to me is new phase coming in 2021 or 2024 storyline

It will buzz around 2023 and 2024 except eternals that movie will revolve in past present both. Phase 4 is multiverse and if multiverse is present, timeline doesn't make much sense you can't determine which Universe has which particular timeline. Forget about timeline but just keep in mind 2023 and 2024 year most of the events will happen in these years.
