Walaikum asalam, the only quality I can see from its construction is that the outside of the house looks like 20 years old, the paint is faded. If it is a new construction then why they used a bad paint work.

I exaxtly second u. Park view city is looter. Beautiful Gheroo gitls are sitting in thier main office at blue area. And yes, my cousion waited for possession for 4 years. And now they are giving possession aftef lots of looting to the overseas.
