@@vrsce0178of course you have to wash your face every day. In fact you should do it every morning and every evening. That's called cleansing. After cleansing you should use a toner on cotton wool. Gently wipe you face with it. Using a toner/ astringent removes excess dirt that a cleanser may not have removed. It prepares your skin for moisturisation. Follow that with a moisturiser. What I said was it is not advisable to SCRUB your face every day. Daily scrubbing causes more harm than good. Scrubbing and cleansing are two different things.

As someone who has a boyfriend who didn’t do anything said in that video, and who has a healthy relationship not built on fear and jealousy, I can say that this video is one of the most infuriating things I’ve ever watched.
