Just did the workout my bp is 139/87 heart rate 69. Been doing this video almost every other day for about a month and ive definitely been seeing a difference thank you so much❤ this isnt my goal bp but way better than what it has been in the past

Hi Caorline! I love all your blood pressure workouts! I am wondering as far as protein powder goes, I also have Orgain Powder but notice the sodium is high for 2 scoops (320mg). What are your thoughts about that and do you use the 2 scoops or one?
