Hi Jonathan, I was forwarded your comment this morning, and looked you up in our database. There is a TON of correspondence from you in there. I also noticed that you were a TAXI member in 2014, had similar complaints, requested a refund and you got it. Then you joined again. Posts like yours don't show the full listing verbiage, a link to the music submitted, and the full comments from the screener, so people reading it might not get the full story. Would you be amenable to joining me on a live episode of TAXI TV, during which we read the request, play the music you submitted, and show the full feedback from the TAXI screener? "The problem is, when a composition is forwarded and highly praised repeatedly by this website, and then suddenly one day it gets returned, shows a serious lack of consistency." There is no lack of consistency. I addressed a lot of these concerns in an email exchange we had on 02/01/2024, perhaps revisit that email? Regardless, every listing is different. What works for one listing may not work for another, what doesn't work for one listing, may work perfectly for another. No two listings are alike (that's one of the beautiful things about TAXI). "I submitted a composition to two briefs simultaneously months ago. Both were trailer briefs. One reviewer said it was perfect for a trailer. The other returned it and said it was not appropriate for a trailer." Again, although some listings may appear similar, unless they are a rerun, every listing is different. They represent different clients with different needs, different parameters, different caliber bar, etc. "I would really appreciate you guys forwarding the update for “Superhuman” to that brief. @@TaxiIndependentAR ok. So unlike you guys, I own where I have made a mistake. I felt like “Superhuman” was forwarded more. If I was wrong, I own it. I made a mistake by saying it was forwarded every time. The reality is, the screeners are not consistent. You can say whatever you like, but I am sure I am one of thousands who have had this same experience. I am just more vocal than most people. The length you went to to challenge my feedback is epic. No I would not like to join you on your live episode. I’ve heard forwards plenty of times where the forwarded music is not remotely close to the references. You will defend and protect your screeners no matter what. You mentioned that each listing is different. You completely dodged my criticism. One screener said the composition was perfect for a trailer. The other said it wasn’t meant for a trailer. This had nothing to do with the specs of the listing other than that they were both trailer briefs. So if one said it was meant for a trailer, the other said it’s not, shows direct contradiction and inconsistency. It has nothing to do with the specs. So your argument is literally invalid in this case. Also, I forgot to mention, the one forward where I was contacted by the library, the listing said it was an exclusive deal. That was not true. It was a non exclusive deal that wanted to own my music exclusively. So I guess we both made a mistake where something we stated was untrue.

@@TaxiIndependentAR and the fact you went great lengths to discredit my feedback and bring up that I was a member in 2014 is completely irrelevant to my criticism. It’s really crazy. You went through great lengths to paint me as unreasonable. Here are the facts: “Superhuman” was featured in January (not by my request). The listing that was mentioned, the submission checked all the boxes. There was no box it did not check. You can argue there wasn’t enough melody. But then why would you feature a mediocre track on your website? It was a wildly subjective critique that had you return the submission. The fact you did what you did to discredit me in the manor you did speaks volumes to whoever will read this in the future.

As far as references go, I will not comment on that due to how often forwards do not emulate the references.
