@@TRENDHIM might be easier to reply here, my chain hangs just a little higher than the charm you're wearing at the start :) I wanna add as well I'm not in shape so I don't have a strong neck like you do, maybe that's the reason?? I am working out regularly now though so maybe it'll hold better then?

yep. this was our reply to the other comment: that seems to be a good length: 50 - 55cm is the ideal. also, make sure that the chain rests a little below the neckline of your shirt. other than that, the chain riding up is quite normal. 💖
