Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I work in Marketing and PR but I am currently on maternity leave. I am focusing on my vlog while I am on maternity leave and I love it!
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for 7 years, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser is 5, Caleb is 2 and baby Jackson who was born in September!
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and Olympus Pen EPL7.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.
Q: Where do you get music from?

Aww little Jackson is getting so big! Baby led weaning is definitely so much easier when you have other children, just making extra of what they're having! And you're not tied to sitting down spoon feeding x

Jackson is so cute! I've always heard that from the doctor about weaning early and their gut not being developed but I always had a hard time believing it. I have a degree in microbiology and to me it just made sense to start earlier and now in Canada they recommend to start all the highly allergenic foods right off the bat instead of waiting. Both my kids were weaned at 4 months and then with my second at 6 months I kinda switched to baby led weaning and absolutely loved it. She has never choked(knock on wood) and just always seems to know what she can and can't eat. Weaning Jackson is going to be so much fun, I'm sure he'll just love food and eating with his brothers :)

Great video! He is a doll! Please don't feel required to ween unless you want. Most moms here still nurse a ton along with food, often until 18 months or more.

I'm a new subscriber, loving watching your Jackson videos. My son (first born) is 3 months behind him and it's interesting to see what's ahead for us a little down the line (I must get a Jumperoo!). Jackson is so much more chill than my boy though! I long for his sleep schedule!

he is soooooo cute... you have gorgeous kids... looking forward to the feeding vidoes. .. I had the exact same fear with Nayte my son when it came to weaning him... and cause they weaned them earlier years ago I thought maybe I was holding off for nothing but like you ... I was told to wait till 6 months for the same reasons which I did... I also learned our baby's will let us know what they Need and to enjoy each step as it comes.. you're doing great... you seem like such an amazing mum... 😊

I know these are all old videos of yours but they’re so helpful to follow according to my baby’s age! How cute is Jackson and he really was doing so well! Just wondering what you did with him rolling over at night and waking up? My baby can now roll from his left from back to front and screams when he wakes up having rolled over. Would love to hear how you managed it!!

He really is such a sweet baby 💙💙 wish my little boy had his injections out of the way. Here in Ireland they have them at 2, 4 and 6 months and then no more until 12 months. Just waiting on his 6 month ones 😩😩

Aww Jacks is doing so so well! It's so understandable he'll have a bit of a sleep regression after holiday, plus I'm sure there's a 5 month regression isn't there? There seems to be one every month 🙈I'm switching to blw now, we started purée and he loved it for a few days and now refuses it!

Omg 5 months old. I wish I had done the baby led weaning now,as Harry is very funny with textures on food. Fruit wise he will only eat bananas. He will only eat veg if it's mashed up,if I put a piece of broccoli on his plate he looks at me to say you don't expect me to eat that do you 😩. I waited till he was 6 months,but he wasn't into food then really,was happy to be on milk. I'm sure Jackson will be back in his routine soon. Xx

Nabiha will be 5 months this week too. I haven't started feeding her yet but I've gotten asked a few times about it. I've read that it's best to start reading after 6 months so I'm going to wait too.

Hi Emily! I know this may sound weird but can you make a video on how to feed your baby in public? My due date is in March and I really got no idea on how or what clothes I should wear to avoid sudden exposure. Bdw, I really enjoy your videos! Love from Norway! :-)

I've done baby led weaning with all three of my children. I highly recommend it. It's lots of fun! Enjoy.

Look at those big beautiful eyes! In the U.S., they have to get shots/injections at 6 and 9 months too. 😔 I'm waiting until 6 months to give solids as well, and I want to try baby led. Can't wait to see your videos on it!

Try soaking a corner of the muslin in camomile tea and allowing Jackson to bite on it...this really works and it's OK to have xx

Hello, thanks for sharing. What are some tips on how to train baby to crawl and roll over. My son only roll once from tummy to back and won't do more. Everytime I put him on his tummy he automatically roll to his back. So I don't know how to get him to start practice crawling. He does scoot around (in circles)

I know every time you put on his 5 month update, my little mans update is coming too 😓 They're growing too fast! My little man started some solid foods because the pediatrician said to. How big is he? Last time I was at the doctor my son was 20 pounds and 27 inches long.

Hi Emily, I have been following your videos from my pregnancy days and now our munchkin is 5 month old !! I'm breastfeeding him at present.. Soon I'm planning to start semi-solids probably in another week or two because my maternity leave is coming to an end. Would you recommend cerelac or home food? I'm an Indian mom and here in India, mother-in-law/mom/grandma practically everyone enforces giving home food .. so I'm quite confused.. I do like the idea of giving him purees.. so what is your thought on cerelac??

No, forget it, the peanut allergy is not because you weaned him before 6 months, I don't believe that. But yes, I've always been told that 6 months is the best to start solids, that's what I did with both my girls too. Jackson is soo cute, and you look amazing as always!

I so envy that you have a long maternity leave. We only have 60 days leave. Will be back to work in two days. And my baby is having a hard time when im away. Hes only two months. 😔
