Adding to the spinning back kick, the best counter is the jumping back kick which produces more power and explosive force and man if you catch your opponent clean with that in the gut…it’s end game

God I've done a spin hook on my friend on a film we were doing. I think it was the third take where I accidentally spin hooked him for real and keep in mind I was still pulling my kick to not actually do some damage but when I landed it my friend said that he blacked out for a split second but he was fine. Goes to show how powerful a spin hook is 😂😂😂

Low kick is really bad for a beginners especially how you do it. Id recommend round house kick more effective and smarter and less chances of hurting youself

OK, but how is regular roundhouse not the most deadly? It's fast hard and effective and doesn't leave you in a dead spot of you miss... probably not fancy enough for you, but it's my main thing... all this other stuff is just auxiliary tools

People parry the teep all the time, in thailand its common to outside parry or catch a teep. Annnnd that's not a teep thats a front kick. Different body mechanics same motion.
