hello mam,my baby boy is 2years old.he is not talking to us.cant make any meaningful sounds.but recites alphabet and numbers whole day.he only takes interest in rhymes .he can act like those rhymes while making unclear sound.he can speak full alphabet. can count 1-10.but he rarely responds to us as if he is in his own world. but he is so playful and social with other kids.he used to call Baba and mamma but suddenly stopped. what should I do?

Hi Mam.. My son is 3.4yrs and my son is not able to catch the words easily..he listens when i say words but will not even try to spell them out after repetition also...as am working mother I think I haven't focused much on his communication.. Could you please help me resolve this problem and help my son to talk. Teacher says that in class he just enjoys his own way not able to Mingle with others but wen he is with siblings he is well connected with them. Teacher adviced us to take to speech therapist but we are not sure and could you please advice.

Nahi kiya hearing test....indoor baithke khelna bhi pasand karta hain or outdoor bhi khelna pasand karte hain lekin self khelna cahata hain kisike sath nehi...tv /mobile to dekhta hain khane ke time pe average din main 3hours
