You know what would truly save Disney? The return of 2D hand-drawn animation.

Theses' movies really have to save Disney.

I'm planning to get a job at Disney as an animator, and I was planning to help the company get back on its feet with my own movie ideas. Here are my ideas for award-winning, blockbuster Disney movies: Mango & Bambang: The Not-a-Pig, Hans my Hedgehog, The Little Bat, The Cat Boy, Journey of the Pangolin, just to name a few.

These are interesting ideas, I've also heard rumors of an adaptation of the Bluebeard fairy tale that would be done in their traditional 2D style. That right there could bring out people like me who remember when hand drawn animation was still quite common in theaters since its absence has made our hearts grow fonder for the medium and the novelty of CG has since worn off (unless new things are being done with it like the Spiderverse films). If done right it could be like a classic Disney Renaissance film!

The kingdom heart series does have a lot of potential and in a way it could be a spider verse based spectacular. I personally want to see a more intense action pack to Lilo and stitch live action. I would preferred it on Disney+. But then again, if they can maximize the effects of the action and the emotion in the perfect style to complement the original film and maybe make a great sequel streamlined series for it. then, of course, slam it on the big screen instead.

honestly you are so spot on with an epic Mickey movie, ive always loved both of the games and thought it would be the perfect kind of thing to watch instead of play, it's just so detailed and well thought out but such a shame it's practically still in the vault

A Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 animated comedy-adventure-drama-musical movie. I believe it will be big. I also want Lin Manuel Miranda to be on board to be writing the songs and voicing a character

My pitch: Goldilocks. Classic Disney Animation Musical Style. Plot: We open on a song outlining that in this kingdom people and anthropomorphic animals coexsist. We meet all kinds of characters, including a bear woodsman who lives in the forest on the edge of the forest with his family, and the king and queen and their children, two princes, and a spoilt princess named Goldilocks. Well, the princes convince Goldilocks to go camping in the woods with them, but she makes them bring everything. (This is another song point.) Goldilocks goes to sleep in her lavish oversized, fully furnished tent. It's night. She wakes up, everything and everyone has gone. She freaks out, she is lost. She wanders about for a while, then stumbles across the home of the bears we met earlier. (What, another song? Okay.) Being the spoilt princess she is, she decides she is entitled to go in and help herself. After all, she is their princess, right? Well, the story progresses as the tail does. She eats their food, breaks their belongings and falls asleep in the bed. The bears come home, not impressed by what they find. Papa bear goes mental when he finds the princess in the bed. He is angry. He has been working for years to provide for his family, and this princess has taken it all in a matter of moments. (And yes, theirs a song here.) Goldilocks then runs off, lost in the forest. Her brothers find her. Turns out they were watching her the whole time. Not stepping in, because it is all part of a test they were giving her. They were showing her how even though she had everything given to her, her subjects work really hard to make very little. Now, the end can go one of two ways, either the bears are also in on it, or not, but either way, Goldilocks learns her lesson, replaces the bears property she broke, and apologies for what she did. (And yes, there's a song here too.) No longer a spoilt brat, Goldilocks has learnt to be appreciative for all she has, and to think about those less fortunate than her. Now, obviously there will be more songs, and the plot needs expanding, but Disney, we need a princess who learns a lesson. Also, if we can have it that Goldilocks isn't a good singer, but thinks she is, that would be amazing. (And as she transforms, she can become a good singer, because symbolism.)

I think if Disney really wants to save the company they should look to the kind of projects the fans want to see like a sequel to the original tangeled movie

I had an idea to make a movie based on the scrapped story Walt Disney wrote with book author Roald Dahl called The Gremlins. It didn’t work before but with a few ideas including so inspiration from Epic Mickey. I can write a good film story. Including bringing back the Mad Doctor as the main antagonist. I even plan to return the darker parts of Disney

11:10 He's got a big point about stuff that flies under the radar because it's on Disney+ rather than theaters. I haven't heard anything about Lady and the Tramp's live action movie until he mentioned it, and that would be a great one to revamp for modern audiences (I'm looking at you Siamese cats). Unless it's heavily promoted, I'm not going to know what is on Disney+ or any of the other streaming platforms.

I totally agree with all of these additions but especially Kingdom Hearts, also in case the Kingdom Hearts movie trilogy mostly focuses on the KH original characters & Disney characters to the point that Final Fantasy representation would be minimal and we wouldn’t get everything that’s represented in the games, then I hope at least Cloud & Sephiroth are included and give both of them a more fleshed out role in the story and maybe add Tifa as well because she’s represented as Cloud’s light. Kingdom Hearts is a video game, and Cloud & Sephiroth are among the most iconic characters in all of gaming, so I feel it’s only appropriate to add them, and it would make alot of hype if they were added, just like how people will no doubt be excited about the return of classic Disney characters.

I have a movie idea,... A rather very long one: A crossover movie of all the Disney characters in that take place in the Kingdom of Disney which was built 100 years ago, Mickey hires a new leader named Darius who will own half of the Kingdom, the other half belongs to Mickey and Darius assist Mickey into helping him rule the kingdom by spreading the stories of all the Disney Characters to the fans of the Disney Kingdom that is the power source that keeps the whole kingdom intact. Years later, characters have been going missing, which means there would be no stories to share to power the kingdom, therefore the Disney Kingdom will lose its magic. Darius decides to put the rest of the disney characters who hadn't gone missing on lockdown inside the castle to keep them safe, Mickey desperately wanted to find the missing characters, decides to calculate a plan to find them while escaping in secret , he still feels bad though for leaving behind Darius's back, but someone has to save the characters who went missing, after all Darius didn't say he could escape with a couple of friends directly. Mickey Mouse decides to put Minnie Mouse along with Daisy duck in charge of the characters who are on lockdown while Mickey goes out to his adventure, Minnie agrees. After the escape he gathers a team of some of the heroine characters from Disney movies, such as the Disney princess, and the Disney detectives; Judy hopps, Nick Wilde, Mirabel madrigal, etc, to help him find the missing characters. The Detectives, specifically Judy hopps has a conspiracy theory about Darius behind the missing characters, she thinks he captured them so that he can make carbon copies of them (before this Mickey and the gang had to fight enemies who looked like evil soulless versions of themselves while on the journey), she thinks he was left with no choice because the power for the Disney Kingdom was running out, and that he was planning to do the rest to Mickey and the rest of the character residents to share more stories to the fans. later the kidnappers were revealed to be the Disney villains who were working with another evil force called Armitox, the essence of fan toxicity who have been making the carbon copies. The Disney villain kidnappers revealed talk about how they can fix the Disney franchise, especially what was happening in 2022-2023. Due to Darius who has been the reason why the Disney company is losing what made the old Disney movies memorable and great. Darius has been making carbon copies of the characters too after finding out they have escaped. the villains decide to rebel against the new Boss, but in the wrong way while doing it, such as perishing other Disney characters, especially the latest ones because they presume that they are the reason why their world isn't doing so good, since they didn't do so well in the box office. But Mickey Mouse wouldn't dream of getting rid of any characters, box office bombs or not because he believes that every Disney character deserves to be loved. Because he believes that you can still cherish and remember the iconic Disney characters that made Disney memorable, while also embracing the new, plus he knows that the newer characters aren't the problem, Darius is. So he decides that he will expose the system that the Boss has created for Mickey's world and how messed up it is, by doing that he will team up with many of the most iconic Disney heroines, like the princesses and the characters he has been journeying with to stop the villains, Darius, and Armitox. Also, whenever Mickey is on the verge of being defeated by one of the villains or the Boss, he starts to see his old friend in mirrors, and that friend is Walt Disney, who is there to remind him of what made Disney so special, the telling of life lessons through the magic of storytelling and entertainment. The most important rule for the Disney characters to follow is: Never mess with the characters Walt Disney brought to this world, A.K.A the originals.

i would be willing to watch kingdom hearts in movie version. likely would need to make multiple movies which would likely be at least 1 per each game of kingdom hearts. kingdom hearts 1, 2, 3, birth by sleep, chains of memmories, 358/2 days,dream drop distance, coded, melody of memory, dark road/union cross, & kingdom hearts missing link. eventually there is supposed to be a kingdom hearts 4, 5 & 6 coming out at some piont in the future.

You do realize there are several books already out there about the young Jack Sparrow? And the two I've read, would make lovely animated movies. I don’t want Disney in charge of Kingdom Hearts for a movie, unless they bring in Tetsuya Nomura and Shinji Hasimoto to run the show. Kingdom hearts is a great series but it’s darker than Disney and they made them change things like Elsa dealing with darkness so that world was kind of weird. I agree Kingdom hearts as a trilogy or something would be awesome but I think Disney would have to let the Square Enix team be in charge because Disney would ruin it if they did it on their own.

Kingdom hearts would make a really good Disney tv show too. I'm not a gamer. I suck at video games. But I like to watch other ppl play them to get the story of them. N it's really hard, sometimes impossible, to get ppl to only play around u so u don't miss anything. If every game series story was turned into accurate to the game movies n TV shows, ppl like me who love they story, but r incapable of playing the game themselves, would b able to enjoy it as if we were finally able to play it ourselves. Huge, long, epic movie series n TV shows all about all the video games we wish we could play too. I'd watch these over n over n over again

You kept saying "Hand drawn" a bunch of times in the script which made me sigh and want to pour one out for the old ways. unfortunately all 2D animators were laid off with most of their hand drawn studios closing for use of 3D animators. "Once Upon a Studio" was done with mostly interns. The form or art is too expensive to actually pull through with anything 2D. Smaller studios and TV is where we'll only get hand drawn now a days.

If I’m not mistaken Disney made the controversial decision to fire Johnny depp especially considering that it was pirates of the Caribbean that made him famous so Disney not meaning to say this but bring back sparrow.

I love most of Disney’s live action remakes. In fact, I prefer them over the animated ones. My favorite live action remake is Beauty and the Beast. It’s so good. It gives me chills and amazes me every time I watch it. By the way, I completely and utterly HATE Lilo & Stitch. I think it’s one of the most stupid things Disney has ever made.
