Wow wow I found you Ms Neeta through your web site and something told me to come and watch this specific video of yours! Thank you my loving Master Sri Sathya Sai Baba for guiding me! I needed to hear this long explanation. I would love to share my testimony with you all. I always love Shiva and Shiva Bhajans for some strange reason! However back in the year of 2012 my husband got sick and it was serious, so I was very very worry and desperate due to the situation he was having. So, one of those bad days something prompted me to grab my japa and I began to recite Om Namah Shivaya. I remembered going around 3 rounds of 108 recitations. I started on my journey about three years ago, and I wake up each day and I ask my god to continue to teach me so that I can continue to learn and move forward. I was strongly drawn towards the 9 mukhi with Gomed necklace and the Devine 5 mukhi bracelet - I knew nothing of their properties. They arrived and I enjoy wearing and activating the beads. We’ve also just experienced a Supermoon 🌝 Only when looking into the properties of 9 mukhi Rudraksha (and gomed) I realised that I had instinctively chosen the Rudraksha suited to my personal issues - brain and nervous system, etc 🤗 as I have MS. Yes I also have brought 3 mukhi Bracelet from Rudraksha Ratna website. A note has been given on how to wear properly and also have got a nice book where a lot of informations has given. I have shown that book to many people. I always wear 3 mukhi except in bathroom. 3 mukhi definitely increases self esteem and reduces stress as mentioned.

@@mrinmoybaidya852 i have couple of different rudrakshas. I used to remove them before going to the bathroom but it was very inconvenient at work. I stopped wearing them for years but kept them on my altar by the Shiv linga where i chant mantras. I finally got the courage after many years to just wear them at all times other than shower. The energy is intense and i never take them off unless i shower but i keep it on when i go to the bathroom at work. It hasn't afftected its energy.

Namaskaram from Croatia. 🙏 Is there any differences depending which size you chose ? Currently I'm wearing Rudraksha mala made and consecrated by Isha (Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev ) with 5mm Panchamukhi and attached Gaurishankar as bindu. They don't sell bigger Rudraksha as they say wearing more smaller ones is better because energy and reverberations are more densely packed this way and anyway adult shouldn't wear less then 84 beads. What is your opinion on this ?

So bigger beads mala is more powerful than smaller beads mala however they are difficult to wear because of the size and bulkiness. Additionally wearing a Gaurishankar as bindu or Sumeru in 5 mukhi mala is not good as both beads have very different frequency and it disturbs the entire circuit of the mala. There are no restrictions on the number of beads but the mala should be strung properly (as rudraksha have positive and negative terminals). Sadguru have different view on rudraksha, and that too i feel is correct at mostly points, when i was a kid about 11 years i wore 5mukhi single rudraksha at that time, it gave me amazing results in study, but i lost it 2 years later. Now i got rudraksha from isha , however i myself did energize them a mala, and rudraksha for family, and the result from my wife to my mother and siter was that they were able to sleep without any disturbance , a good deep refreshing sleep. If rudraksha is energized properly then they will give you feelings like they are giving you cool icy feelings, around your neck, chest.

Neeta ji, Namaskar. I purchased 5 mukhi Indonesian rudraksha mala yesterday from your centre. I purchased it for Rs. 2025. While you were saying chikna beads starts from Rs. 5000, I had question in my mind is that what I have purchased is also chikna beads and the sumeru bead is as same size of other beads strung in the mala. Well we recommend wearing these beads 24*7 even while sleeping for at least 12 days so that your body can get tuned with the beads. After this if you feel that they are uncomfortable to wear then you may remove during the night and wear immediately after waking up in the morning. However it is still better to wear the beads all the time
