he is trying to show you punching combos, not how to work your feet. this comment by yourself is just funny because all you’re trying to do is flex the fact you know how to box. oh and another thing. when you throw a punch.... you don’t pivot, generally you move your hips and onto your tip toe for more power, a pivot is what happens after a combo, but even then it’s pointless to just pivot if you the opponent hasn’t moved therefore you just put your back to the opponent

believe me as an actual boxer learning boxing off the internet is harder than training with a coach now you might say no it isn't the coach just told you that so he can earn your money or something not true , there are differences between training yourself and training with a guy that has a lot of experience you can't train with a dude off the internet because an actual coach teaches you his technique and then when you go into actual sparring or matches you better his technique

You make a good point about pushing off the back foot 🦶 when you throw the cross at 5:20. Yet what about the same for the left hook? Or weight transfer from leg to leg? Also that seems more like a straight right hand than a right cross to me. A right cross will cross over your centerline and may even travel toward your hip level if thrown down forcefully enough. Alexis Arguello has a great right cross. Good video. 👍🏼

When you are throwing your hook, the power / weight transfer should end up on the back foot. Yes a cross is thrown over your center line. While a straight right is down the middle. Thanks for watching 🙏

Battle Labs good stuff. If you give too much for a beginner they would miss all of it anyway. As I did with weight transfer and worse over exaggerating everything. I know I’ve heard the right cross being spoken about the same or interchangeable yet they are still different though. Good video for beginners and even advanced fighters. Always about fundamentals. Thanks

I think you should do some sparring and break down the combos while you are sparring. That would help alot

Getting into martial arts was the best decision I ever made. Through hard times it's good to have something consistent that you can always improve on that gets you out of your head.
