I can see what the thumbnail took place from… The “Liquid Detected in Lighting Connecter” warning when plugging an iPhone XS to 14 Pro Max device in while the port’s wet. On iPhone 15 models, I think the message is replaced with “Liquid Detected in USB-C Connector” and it’s full-screen too.
