Earlier my face looked dull constantly, even upon waking. But after I did some research and made some adjustments, my face started bright and glowing within a short span of weeks. Here's what I did: I ate a proper diet that included items such as dal, roti, green veggies, and rice. This helped nourish my body from the inside. Bro, the number 1 product rustic art have potassium hydroxide in it. (You can cross check on internet). It is a completely inorganic substance. Which is harmful for skin. And its used in many common bath soaps and face wash. Trust me, I am not his hater or criticizer. I am followimg him probably even before you. My motive of replying is that in todays world you can not trust anyone blindly.

@@yugbhardwaj9744 Yeah brother, I noticed it now after you mentioned it. I am using his recommended exfoliating face wash. It also have potassium. But it is potassium sorbate. It is an organic compound. But potassium hydroxide is infact inorganic. Rustic art is probably using it because it's dirt cheap.

I ordered rustic neem face wash after watching this video. Let me first start with a thanking note. I have used himalaya, nivia and lot of other brands. My skin started to dry and I could see dry flakes coming out. After using rustic face wash, it's damn good, it made my skin soft and removed dryness and it also clears oil without damaging your skin. He says that his facewashes are suitable for all skin types but essential oils are NEVER suitablr to people with sensitive skin. He's just another fitness youtuber "guru" who just preaches frikkin pseudo science. Fr I can't believe how many people are wasting their parent's hard earned money on his sponsored products. Once you put a product's link in ur description, it means that the brand is paying u! Periodt!

@@manifestgameon mine is a oily skin. I stopped using it bccos i grow beard and excessive oil segregation happens due to which I started to get dandruff on my facial hairs. So I am in dermatology medication. My wife is using this product and its good. She used clear skin, gets lot of pimples but after using rustic neem. Pimple reduced in her face. I can't say it's gone completely but reduced. Hers is also oily skin like mine.

Whole wheat bread is made of whole wheat same as the chapati but, there are many companies in India that print 100% whole wheat bread but the ingredients contain only 60% to 70% whole wheat and the rest is maida. A pure 100% whole wheat bread is difficult to find.

Also one should switch to washing vessels in good old system of using bucket water... 💦 Because so much of water is CONSUMED/WASTED while washing vessels in wash basins.. Because of continous running water 💦 Also, one can use one extra bucket of water for the final rinse of the utensils or vessels while using bucket system. This cleans up your vessels more than the running water in wash basin and also removes the soap residue more than washing the vessels in the wash basin.. This is my personal experience and I (have advised my maid) have switched to this system 1. In order to SAVE WATER 💦 for future generations 2. To prevent having health problems due to the soap residue left behind in the vessels after wash 💦💦👍👍

I love your work, Vivek! But one thing you should remember is that those face wash powders have some side effects for some people. I personally used it and got a lot of bumps on my forehead. I think this is not for all skin types, but it just does not work for me. No hate to anyone but just wanted to keep you guys aware of it.

All these small Indian brands are selling genuine products yet they’re unknown and struggling to reach out to it’s customer. We should definitely go for these type of products. We make the powder face wash in our home. It is very common bath powder in Andhra Pradesh. For DIY u can mix besan powder, sandalwood powder, little turmeric and use it when wanted.

Yes, I can't afford those moisturising cream which he had recommended. I am a college student. But, for summer you can apply rose water, aloevera jel, raw milk, honey, massage with coconut oil or olive oil. I use these and happy with my skin.

Aman Kaur 😨😨 coconut oil is highly comedogenic. It's a nightmare for acne prone skin as it clogs the pores... Almond oil may be an alternative...
