Glad to know that I'm not the only one who notice that the natlan demo feels like Monster Hunter Stories lmao. My friends didn't really notice that so I was wondering if someone else notice it.

Two things i wanna add : 1)The debut clearance of imaginarium theater includes billets,so we can get a billet guaranteed atleast once. 2)only 3 out of 6 saurians were covered ,that means they're hiding the other 3,like the one flying dragon for example. 3) looking at the ui at the spino shooting event,it also looks like they brought ui hide function, 4)and also a log function like star rail

People really misunderstanding the abyss changes. They just balanced the rewards since they will be adding the Theater endgame. Youll get more rewards now than with the double reset abyss. similar to how they balanced the reset in HSR in the Simulated Universe when other endgame content got added in.

It's very important to highlight that with the new endgame mode we're getting more primos per monthly endgame cycle than before with just Spiral Abyss resetting every two months. Previously we would get 600 x2 = 1200 primos per month. Now we're getting 800 (spiral abyss) + 620 (new mode) = 1420 primos per month.

I played Genshin for 3 years so I have a soft spot for it and keep up with the updates by videos like this. Honestly though I don't feel like I'm missing anything. Hope everyone else still having a good time though.

it's still an increase of currency between the two modes from 1200 --> 1420 and spiral abyss line-ups always change with the new patch. I don't see the issue with both modes alternating every two weeks.

I have enjoyed the quick equip for the artifacts. And the game saves your last choices for each character, so you don’t have to redo it every time if you share artifacts like I do. Though, I wish there were loadouts for each character. Like sometimes, I use Kuki on a full healer set if I don’t need her to hyperbloom.

I just want a feature kinda like practice mode, you get to select which enemies will spawn, their level, quantity in each round etc. its good for testing teams and characters or builds.

2:02 What do you mean by "... this means less Primogem rewards."? If I interpret it correctly, we get 620 primogems by doing imaginarium theater (see the rewards for one month at 1:24) and 800 by doing the abyss (= 1420 Primogems total) in one month. Before that, we did the Abyss with 600 Primogems twice a month (1200 Primogems total). And 1420 is more than 1200, so we get more Primogems a month, no? In case I overheard something or did a mistake, feel free to correct me :)

While it would be really good to have abyss stay at 2 resets a month, it's pretty nice that overall primogems rewards we can get is increased. Also, each abyss reset inside the patch doesn't change enemies line up anyway. Before: 600*2 = 1200 per month. After: 800(abyss) + 620(new endgame) = 1420 per month.

2:00 Its not less reward. In fact its 220 more primos every month. Imag. theater and abyss will now rotate in turns. Both being every month, so total primos per month is now 1420 (620 + 800) instead of 1200 (600 + 600)

The fast equip is great. My Kuki became so much better after using us.

I have all but 10 characters. All lvl 90. I spent a lot of my timing making sure everyone was built and usable rather than hyper focusing on maybe 3 teams. My high end investment isn't as high as some of my friends but the low end for me trumps them. Everyone has talents and gear leveled, I've been waiting for this

I hope that other companies will release other new games under the type of genshin killers to that mihoyo can give us more major changes

the artifact load out system is actually really good and the best qol improvement they’ve made to this game. once you figure out how to use the custom configuration settings it becomes super helpful

The Natlan music reminds me of Trials of Mana or original Seiken Densetsu 3. Especially the ost name "Few Paths Forbidden" and "Powell" from remake Trials of Mana.

The thing that I'm really looking forward to is more character development stories. There are so many characters with so many stories to be told, but the current amount is just so disappointing. Story and hangout quests hardly receive new stuff, the interval between every siblings' story update is so long that I’ve almost forgotten the other half's story till date except that she's the abyss princess. I came on board post 3.0 so I didn't realize that Dansleif's story is an annual one until this video. Whenevr he's around, he has some important update to the main story, but his appearances are so far apart that I'm having trouble trying to recall what he brought to the table the last round. GI has really good story to tell, however, after current Lantern Rite, there seems to be a flood of limited event stories that has very little link to the main story. I liked what i had played from Inazuma to Sumeru, they were so immersive and perhaps I was a new recruit then, there were a lot of catching up to do, so it was easy for me to absorb the whole story. Every patch should at least have 1 Story and 1 Hangout quest. Archon Quest has a bigger story arc, which probably needs more time, that I can understand, but it really shouldn't be a few version numbers apart to receive a new part of the main story after Fontaine's main story arc ended. There are the Fatuis, the Abyss Order that we still have limited knowledge of, really no shortage of stories to tell. Their stories can actually fill in right after Fontaine's main story.

I dont like the dragon things as transportation. They're very cute and well designed, but imagine being 6 months into Natlan and you never get to see the characters you actually pulled for because you're forced to look at the dragon models all the time. It's like if Fontaine had us staring at a model of a submarine instead of our characters swimming. And it looks like we'll need to use them for a vast majority of overworld puzzles as well.

I think increasing the abyss refresh time is wayy more playtime friendly, with the introduction of the new mode, I like it being like this more

The abyss change hurts a lot especially for us unskilled players who cannot 36 star it. My characters are not built and I'm really bad at the game so I can't 36 stars and I can only get the primos from floor 9-11. Though they made another one to compensate for it, we don't know how difficult it would be especially when it requires you to have 18 characters that is 70 up.

Im glad the spiral abyss reset has been extended as the majority of people who attempt it are not whales so they give up. It shows how people forget that 80% or more of the player base are casual gamers who don’t have time to hit the abyss every 2 weeks for the rewards. Yes getting less overall twinkle t*ts is sad but maybe touch grass once a month instead of complaining about not getting free gambling tokens for your gambling addiction.

Hidden Unmentioned QoL -on one event trigger dialogue there is new button beside the autoplay, looking like triple stripes (bullets icon in ms. Word). Some say it will act as *Hide dialogue textbox UI in convo cutscenes*

Will add my two cents about the Abyss and Theater changes/additions as someone who always 36 stars abyss comfortably for the past 3+ years (usually 2mins or less per chamber) I think the new rotation is better overall imo, doing abyss twice a month isnt all that fun and replacing it with the new mode will help keep things fresh and reduce a bit of the strain of doing abyss for so long. Slightly more rewards overall for the change which isnt big but still decent. The horizontal investement is also a nice change since it will get out more characters I dont use as often without needing to build to my preferred standard.

All the things are good and all . But i m happy with the resin cap increase finally have to play it once a day without losing resin. Which is good as i have been losing resin for over 2 yrs now but as now i m switching to Wuwa as the combat and echoes/artifacts system is much more fun and interesting.

Does this xyz theatre and the abyss run alongside or its just an event thatll be gone after 4.7? And if stays Well get more primos every refresh right?

Yall be complaining about abyss resetting once, but honestly its a safe call. Without further improvements to the character building experience, having to vertically and horizontally invest your account is a monumental task, especially as the abyss gets harder and the Theater following suit. Te abyss might scale in difficulty even harder now especially with that conspicuous buff to the Opening characters even affecting their experience in the abyss. Although it looks quite mid, 20% increased HP is massive, especially for any HP scaler to be included in the opening cast roster. With the abyss clears being worth more primogems, it could be the case that the difficulty is also rising alongside the increase despite the resets being nerfed. Im also looking forward to the Imaginarium Theater. Having sidegrades is finally paying off. I have both a built Kazuha and Sucrose, a built Dehya (c2), Tankfei and Thoma. I have almost every electro character built except i dont own Cyno nor do i have Sara and Dori built. Imaginarium Theater is the answer to the complaints of sidegrades of onfield dpses and sub dpses. Yoimiya will get as much love as Hu Tao. Dehya will get as much attention as Thoma. Keqing will get as much attention as Clorinde. Its experimentin time, bois.

The spyral abyss situation sucks but the imaginarium theater makes up for it since it refreshes and offers primos too.

Tbf, the change done on periodicity of abyss is logical with the new addition that gives primos. As a gacha, they need to keep balanced what they gives for free to be consistent with their business scheme and expected returns on equity for their shareholders

What I'd really like is for them to give better ways of gathering Iron Chunks, the teapot furnishings have had a high total cost of Iron Chunks for several patches and I am always out. Just let us buy them, or give a teapot resource generator like a mine you can that produces them. We have a forge, fields, and alchemy station already, so why not a mine?

Dunno, that imaginarium is cool and all, but why does the abyss reset only once a month instead? I get that this update will bring 200+ more primos, but still, we have no consistent way to get primos outside of events (exploration gives too little for the reward it gives). Its like when they give something or increasing reward, they're doing the bare minimum

Adding the increase in Spiral Abyss rewards and the new game mode we will have an increase in the total number of Primogens per version (Not counting Events) so no, we will not have less Primogens, they just redistributed it just like when Pure Fiction was added in HSR and they reduced the number of times MoC reset (However there was no increase in rewards there)

this genshin fandom really bothers me, some people ask for more things to do. the dev add the theater thingy but take away the 14 days abyss rotation. some complain and got called as a hater ? What the fuck y'all? We just want more things to do since we felt abandoned for 3 years before and no end game update for 3 fucking years long. When we ask for more, we mean more, not giving some and take others Well, they won't give it to us I think, and they suddenly release "New END GAME" while the competitor started to sprung up? Wait didn't the Genshin devs mentioned that there will be no end game in one of the discussions like a year back or two. And now they added it which is like 1.5 pulls more only. WOW NOW I CAN GET AN EXTRA FIVE STAR EVERY 4.5 YEAR. They are really giving you a pizza and taking back more than half of it. Genshin's story is great and thats the only reason why I play it. I gave up on hoping that the stinginess and other aspects of this game will be improved after the first anniversary. Welp at least now we have WuWa. Man they really make you feel special. It took me 2 years to spend money on genshin but it only took WuWa 1 day for me to spend.
