Del Monte makes non-GMO canned corn and Bob’s red mill has organic cornmeal. If it’s organic it’s already non-GMO.

I just made the breakfast frittata and wow!!!!! Amazing and easy. I used fresh mozerella, yellow squash, zuccinii, spinaxh and basil pesto on top.

Thank you for all the delicious recipes that you demonstrate! I've made a surf and turf ssheetpan meal, for Memorial Day. It consisted of shrimp and chicken, with corn cut in thirds and cut up potatoes. It definitely was a twist, from hamburgers and hotdogs or steaks!

These sheet pan meals are perfect for me as I do all my cooking on my outdoor bbq with the hood down so it acts like an oven. I hate cleaning my oven and even using my oven as I live in Western Australia where we have 8 months of summer. Thank you 🙏🏼

Eggplant parmesan pizza. I've also made peach cobbler pizza sprinkled lightly with parmesan right at the end of baking (2minutes)

I think your sheet pan idea is very good and saves much time effort and cleaning, I tried one out, just put whatever I had together with a meat and some veg, and the tastes were so very good.

Your sheet pan meals are sooooo enticing. Only thing “wrong “ is the massive yield. Me and my loved ones represent need for smaller volumes. What kind of pans for like 4 servings at a time to get the desired crispy crunch? 🤓. ❤️.

Hi Cheryl, I know Pampered Chef has small baking pans that would work for 4. They have tall edges. They're called their Modular Sheet Pans.

Love the recipes, but it would have been nice to have links to the specific recipes in the comments since the oven times and ingredient amounts are not always stated in this video. My families idea of a number 1 pantry meal is the following. We have mayocoba beans. We cook 2 lb bag on Saturday or Sunday. The we scramble eggs, & mozzarella cheese quesadilla. We always have avocados & sour cream. Sometimes we have either lime rice or Mexican rice. But that is more of a treat. I prefer butter potatoes with seasoning salt. I go shopping every Thursday. I make sure we have flour, whipping cream, half & half, mayocoba beans, cheeses, tortillas corn & flour, eggs, half gallon of 2% milk, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, garlic, avocado's, self rising corn meal, oil, butter, & bread. We have canned meats: tuna in oil, chicken in water, & Vienna sausages. We have a varierlty canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, pastas & parboiled rice (Uncle Ben's) with my well stocked groceries fresh meats I keep ground beef, bacon, sausage, & 10 lb bag of perdue leg quarters. I can feed my family for 2nweeks with the food I listed. Yum!

I got mine on Amazon. It came with the wire rack. It was pretty cheap, I can’t remember but around 15.00.

Love recipes, BUT.... what happened to your practice of wrapping sheet pans in aluminum foil to keep from having to scrub after every use??? I always use foil as it keeps thing very simple as far as clean up
