I swear by my Oceanic Shadow. I have 2 of them 1 to share in my save a dive and 1 with prescription inserts. Best mask ever.

Me and the wife have the Tulsa Ceos, with the black skirt, and it's the best dive/snorkel mask I've ever used. You just can't go wrong if you choose that mask.

For the bearded guys (and ladies if there are): I can swear on the Subgear Devil Mask! I have a full beard and a very thick mustache, which kinda made me used to have a bit of water in the mask. But then I discovered this gem. The mask sits super close to your face and is angled a bit downwoards for a superb view. But the best feature is the minimalistic silicone lip under the nose. Just shave two or three milimeters off from the top of your stache and it sits. Super comfy and tight! What also works with this mask, especially if you dont shave everyday and you get those hairs regrowing is, just use a bit of vaseline or something similar (that does not attack the silicone) on the part of your stache that used to be shaven and it fits perfectly tight. It also comes with a comfy quickfastener for the straps and its quite affordable for 40 bucks. I tried it and love it. Cheers (Sorry if I made mistakes, english is not my native language)

I dive with the TUSA M-110 Visio Uno Pro mask. I absolutely love it! It fits nice and comfortably and the colors underwater are amazing! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with any TUSA mask.

Tusa Freedom HD here. I've had two but it's the only mask I've ever used. Convenient clip on for the snorkel too. Not counting any of the other ones out though.

I have the TUSA Freedom Tri-Quest which I love for the extra visibility on the side lens and the super soft silicone skirt, but I have to admit after testing out my Dad's TUSA Paragon mask that the lens with the special protective coating makes the colors look really vivid, plus it protects your eyes. So... TUSA...

I just bought the Freedom HD two weeks ago, and after six dives (20 - 80 ft), I can't get it to stop leaking. Finally gave up on my last dive, put on my wife's Tusa Ceos, and without messing with it, not a problem... guess i must have a non-HD face...lol

I got one from Beuchat, because of the action cam mount, as a kind I loved cressi. I wonder what you thought about them. Maybe a best of on two different price list could be useful. What do you think?

My face may be a little wide and have stubble. Going snorkeling in Hawaii in June for the first time to celebrate my wife being cancer free now. I am having trouble finding a mask that doesn't leak. Any suggestions for a bald guy with a big head and occasional stubble? Thank you and God bless. Tom

I dive the Cressi Action because of the integrated Gopro-Mount. Fine mask, nice feature. One issue I had before with another mask: Is it normal for clear silicone to become murky and ugly after one or two seasons?

Had the Tusa freedom hd and loved it after about 15 dives it started leaking really bad! I kept it is it’s case when not in use, so possibly silicone loses shape very easily?

i cant get my new Freedom HD to ever stop leaking. I'm really bummed about it. Dove my wife's Ceos, not a friggin problem...
@TheGuyvermedic5 жыл бұрын
Ghost Bear I’ve had some leaking at times. Make sure you have no sunscreen on your face, adjust strap position around your head. Maybe have the strap higher or lower to affect where the mask is leaking. Of course if you’ve tried some of that and your not satisfied get them to change out masks for something that fits without leaking. Look for shops that do expos where you can try gear before buying. Safe diving all

Yeahhhhh all those masks trully are awesome. BUT, none of those can beat my SeaVision custom. It doesn't even have a model name. Special order from an old dive school. My mask does not exist online. You only get it by attending. If you guys want, let me know where i can send you a picture of it. You guys will like it. Great video! Cheers! Happy diving!

Hello Mark and the whole simply scuba crew! I just lost my mask and am in the market for a new one. The one I had , had a single lens design which I prefer and was frameless. I liked it al lot a hated it at the same time. There were dives where it was perfect and others where it constantly fogged up. I am interested in the oceanic mask, but would like to know if you could point out a or more masks that seem to not fog up as much as others? Preferably with a single lens design. Thanks in advance. 🤙

Prices?
@TheGuyvermedic5 жыл бұрын
Yechiel Rechtschaffen I got my TUSA freedom HD for about $59 at Divers Direct in Orlando FL. Divers Supply sold it for about the same. I also have the Atomic Subframe, which were my first mask and I think it was about $135-150. I love both masks, the Atomic has a clear skirting and after 2 years decided on the Tusa for the lens size/viewing area and black skirting.
