Alright Alif, I gotta question for you. See I am a Canadian citizen by birth, but I'm over in India right now caught up visiting the fam during the pandemic. I've been abroad actually for a LONGGGG FRIGGIN TIME. I was last in Canada visiting in 2012, and last living in Canada back in 2006. I've been in between in Taiwan, USA, Vietnam, as well as India. So phew, lot of places here. Anyway, so I was checking out your videos on Digital Marketing and thought it was pretty cool. Call up people say hey I want some 15 min career advice, take their advice and provide them quality content for free and hope to hired. Pretty awesome. But now wait wait wait. I'm wondering something else. Can I contact a digital marketing company in Toronto if I am over in India provided I am a citizen and all just for an internship? You were an HR manager, what are your thoughts on that? I know you can't legally speaking when taking up a paying profession or job do that in another country but I'm wondering about internships here. I got one yes it has a branch based in Toronto but it's really headquartered in Bangalore. So that's why I'm asking. Appreciate your response. Peace!

Hey Sonia, I'm totally jealous of all the travelling you get to do! To answer your question, yes, you can use the same same approach here in Toronto while you're in India - the reason I say this is because you're probably already a Canadian citizen so it shouldn't cause too much of a hiccup. Yes so right now, I'm a full-time employee while doing freelance and other businesses on the side.
