@@Mr.Apex99The easier question is who would I keep, so I’d say Onana, Martinez, Mainoo, Garnacho, Bruno, Hojlund, Mount (because we haven’t really seen what he can do so far) as definitely keep. Shaw, Dalot, Rashford as for sale if a really good offer came in. Everyone else we should be actively trying to sell or release.

Agreed with everyone other than Wan Bissaka. No one denying he's still a solid right side backup. With our inability to sign players going hand in hand with struggles of selling every season, keeping Bissaka is fine as we always struggle keeping our flank players fit during seasons.

You can sell Greenwood’ Maguire Lindelof or Varane Pellistri Sancho Van De Beek,Amrabat will not stay Martial OUT too 👌🏻maybe Eriksen will go still have Mc Tominay Mejbri.Having 9 midfielders at the start of the season and only 2 strikers with one always injured or not performing (Martial) is not understandable for me…

@@sivispacemparabellum3056 "it's a process" - ten hag has stated those 3 words in nearly every single conference he's done - as for strikers - McNeil and Hugill were being looked at stepping up - they both went on loan this year, Wheatley and Biancheri have been smashing under 18 levels along with a host of attacking wingers/midfielders be realistic - he took over a team that finished 6th and everyone completely wrote off for every competition from the get go less than 2 years ago and has had to deal with over 1000 days of injuries already this season (not a league high but no team above United has more) ask yourself this - if Mainoo hadn't got injured pre season - and United didn't have to sign Amrabat, do you think United would be where they are now, better or worse

More like 5 players INEOS need to sell in the 1st week of the transfer window. I don't care if we don't bring in world class players but they should be young, energetic and technical enough to understand what the manager wants. I will not judge INEOS based on who they bring in, but based on who they offload because that is THE MOST IMP thing now!!

There is more than 5 players who should go…. Don’t forget still Greenwood Pellistri etc who are loaned some will go.Then you have players like Casemiro not performing and Eriksen who is not playing and I don’t understand why….Varane who is injury prone.Martial will go 100% so you need already a striker and we have too much wingers and midfielders and not enough 9 and A solid CB who will not be injured alongside Lisandro.we need at least 2-3 starter to come a CB a DefM and a 9.

Can't believe Rashford is not on this list. He is a major part of why we are, where we are. Even if he found some form, his lack of work rate out of possession, constantly causes us to concede goals and we need a team that defends from the front in modern football. He will not change now, so cash in now and cashing in seems to be your motivation for a few of your names.

Think we need about 10-15 sold: Varane, Maguire, AWB, Malacia (not fit enough), Casimero, DVB, Eriksen, Sancho, Rashford (If an offer came in at this point I'd get rid), Martial, Pellistri, Greenwood, Antony and probably a few more

@sivispacemparabellum3056 Martials out of contract, Varanes out of Contract Sancho has to go. Greenwood has to go. AWB, Maguire, Eriksens contract expire next year. So they need to be sold or go on a free. Antony, DVB, Malacia, Pellistri have not been good enough. Casimero is over the hill and is more of a detriment as of late and a bad contract point if we've new players coming in and want similar money, like how it went with Sanchez. As for Rashford if a good offer came in I'd get rid. I don't fault him as person, but as professional as of late there's a lot to be desired. Say he's burnt out of the club and it's time to change if money is good.

And on the 15 players, you can't put a plaster over an axe wound too many not good enough players are stinking out the place and drastic changes need to be implemented. Obviously not a desirable situation for the club but probably worth doing a LVG on it 5 new signings and give the academy players a chance, ie. Williams, A. Fernandez, Shoretire, Hannibal, not the biggest names but players who'd at least be willing to do the hard yards for the club unlike a lot of the faces in the club atm.

@@ColinMcG I agree with 80-90% of what you said but you can’t get rid of everyone… United can activate Varané’s clause for another year,keep Antony,Malacia has been injured and is a backup(squad player) VDB,Pellistri,Martial,Sancho,Greenwood,Maguire OK 100% Casemiro the board and Ten Hag needs to know if he is done or what is the problem with him,he said he could not sleep lately etc🤷‍♂️ we will see.Still what you do with Mejbri…? I will keep Varane,Eriksen,AWB and Antony for another year if they don’t perform than bye bye.If Casemiro is done than put Mainoo as a 6 and play Eriksen/Mount in 8 position…for me the 2 kew position to reinforce is absolutely a striker( a goalscorer) and a CB.Evans Varane or Maguire could go at least one or two I think.Kambwala is not ready he needs a loan maybe at Nice so we could get Todibo in exchange idk

The only thing I'd argue is about the "profit". I still stand by saying, "As soon as a 'FOR SALE' sign goes up, players are worth much, much less." The reason these transfer fees have become as exhorbitant as they are is because selling clubs don't need to sell. They have to be "convinced" with digits. Clubs who want to sell specific players get nothing; further, United are still (and will continue to) run into the compounding factor of wages. These players could just hang on, with Sancho's recent PR leak showing that fully. It's maddening. United will be pulling £120m TOPS from those sales. It's the savings on the wage bill that will matter.

I got more than 5... Maguire, Lindelof, Varane, Wan Bissaka, Casemiro, Eriksen, Van De Beek, McTominay, Sancho, Greenwood and Pellistri. And I would get at least 2 CB, 2 DM/CM, LB, RB and a striker. Lots of work in summer!

I pretty much agree with your list maybe Evans but I will maybe keep Varane and Casemiro or Eriksen.Still players like Mejbri on loan too.The problem after is who you bring… Look at something we had 9 midfielders at the start of the season for only 2 strikers… with one not performing or injured…(Martial) then you look at those 9 midfielders… Not one left footed midfielder…. That is F**** mad in my opinion….

@@sivispacemparabellum3056 and we can't spend 50m+ on every player... so my suggestion would be Jhon Lucumi for LCB 17m (Branthwaite is far too expensive, Lucumi is a bargain and plays for a high pressing team) Bremer RCB 52m (for some reason I prefer him over todibo. I think bremer is more of a leader and more dominant in the air, more physical, more adept to playinf in high pressing system from his days at torino) Milos Kerkez or Miguel Gutierrez for LB 30m (could be some other name... but these 2 are good players at right age) Youssouf Fofana CM/DM 26m (6'1" defensively sound, confident on the ball, progressive carries, good in the air) Andre Trindad, Archie Gray or someone else young for around 30-40m in deep midfield position Someone like Michael Kayode for RB. Only 15m or so. Not sure about Frimpong as defender... but whatever My perfect striker would be Gyokeres for 86m. If Hojlund is future elite, he will find a spot on the field, but for now, let's go and get the best available. This guy looks like a beast of a goal scorer. Absolutely fantastic player... I would go for cheaper players in other positions except for CB, just to get this guy. If he goes somewhere else, due to UCL or something else, I would go for Ivan Toney most likely. He is excellent and maybe realisticly obtainable for around 50-55m Right wing is not priority. Diallo is a good player. There is a lot of choices for every position and names on my list are just suggestions... I am open for discussions tho

“This season”.. Seems people have extremely short memories.. 3 out of the last 5 seasons Rashford has hit 21+ goals and 11+ assists.. The only other wingers in the league doing that are Salah and Son.. The only winger outside of the Premier League doing it is Mbappe.. But no, get rid because he’s having a poor season in a season United are having a poor season.. The only 2 seasons in the last 5 that Rashford hasn’t hit great numbers United have finished mid table ffs, but let’s all blame Rashford.

@@dadajulius6489 When United are playing well as a team Rashford shines brighter than the rest, when United are playing poorly as a team EVERYONE is playing poorly yet it’s our 2 best players, Rashford and Bruno, who get the stick.. They’ve been carrying United for years, they can’t do it 24/7 365.. If United play well for a season and Rashford plays poor in that season then people can talk, but he only plays poorly when the whole team is playing poorly.. It’s as if people expect Rashford to become the world’s first one man team, it doesn’t happen, you win together and you lose together.. I can understand calls for him to be dropped for the odd game sometimes, but to sell him? No chance.. He’s our best goal scorer and our second best player.

Loan player whose contract expire are Williams and alvaro fernandez they can go Players should be sold on permanents 1. Maguire 2. Eriksen 3. Lindelof 4. Van de Beek 5. McTominay 6. Greenwood 7. Mejbri 8. Fish 9. Pellistri 10. Casemiro 11. Sancho 12. Malacia 13. Rashford 14. Antony 15. Amad (he’s got 1 year left on contract after this season finishes in 2025. I agree with 4 of these, AWB I would keep, however, I think there are a couple you missed. Martial and Rashford would be in my first 5 to be sold along with McT, Slab, DVB, Cass, Sancho and so on and so on. BTW, the man scape stuff is doing my head in. No need!

Tom Heaton - Free Transfer Aaron Wan Bissaka - £20m Victor Lindelof £15m Raphael Varane - Free Transfer Harry Maguire £20m Tyrell Malacia £7m Christian Eriksen £5m Scott McTominay - £30m Donny Van Der Beek £7m Faccundo Pellistri £15m Anthony Martial Free Transfer. I can see them keeping Mason Greenwood and Jadon Sancho if Ten Hag is let go. If not Mason Greenwood £30m Jadon Sancho £35m That would be £184m in sales alongside the money they have already for signings and United would have a massive war chest next season. With Jason Wilcox, Omar Berrada and potentially Dan Ashworth at the helm, United could make some really intelligent signings this year for once.

We need a left back, a starting centre back and back up, a #6 and a forward player at a minimum. We'll need more than 5 sold. But ineos are looking at cash flow so wages and getting big wages off the accounts is vital. Eriksen £10 Casemiro £35-40, greenwood £40, Sancho,£30-40 & lindelöf £10 million. These 5 would be my priority out the door players £125-130 million relatively easy sales at these prices. The impact on wages per week would be great. Added to martial£1 million a month then Varane on an even higher wage money will become available.

My 5 this window would be Vdb Rashford Sancho Greenwood Casemiro I think Maguire is useful as cb number 4 ( after Martinez and 2 new cbs)..i had wanted him gone but his attitude has impressed me over the last few months Dalot and awb can cover RB for now..and buy a new lb New midfielder such as onana New wide foward..such as Elise And another striker Id keep mctominay as back up / league cup type player

We've gotta start from the position of needing two players per position and also consider FFP as well as the fact that we probably wont be able to buy more than 4/5 new players in a single window etc. By my reckoning below we need to sign 7 players! Onana/Bayindir -- Dalot/AWB -- Martinez/New/New/Evans -- New/Shaw Maino/New/New/McTominay Garnacho/Rashford -- Bruno/Mount -- New/Antony Hoijlund/New

The only players I wouldn’t sell: Onana, Dalot, Martinez, Kambwala, Mainoo, Mount, Bruno, Garnacho & Højlund. The rest should either go or we should at least listen to offers for them.

Players to let go: Martial, Casemiro, Eriksen, Amrabat (thank goodness he's on loan), Diallo, Varane, Wan Bissaka, Lindelof, Evans, Pellestri, Alvaro Fernandez, Mejbri, Sancho, Van De Beek, Greenwood (only because i think the backlash that will accompany his return will be too much to handle), Brandon Williams. That's 16 players. If we can get a very good offer for Rashford, I'll sell too. *I won't sell McTominay, cos he'll be a good squad player to have. Good attitude and role model for the young coming up. *I won't sell Maguire, he'll be a good squad player to have too while he helps bed in new defenders we'll get in the summer. Would have gone for Varane ahead of Maguire but doubt if Varane will renew on lower terms and is also too injury prone. I won't sell Shaw either. I'll keep him as a backup LCB to Martinez and a new LB. As for Malacia, maybe loaned out.

Rashford and Sancho absolutely have to be THEE first ones out the door this Summer. The club's biggest headaches start with them. If the club fires ten Hag but keeps these players (Rashford, Maguire, McTominay etc) then United as a brand is finished! We will go 40yrs before another premier league title. Any fan with half a dog's brain can see what these players are doing. And they do it every 18 months. Really hope Ineos sees the forest for the trees and they have the nerve to do what Rangnick suggested.

Bring in between 5 and 7 new signings if we can and move the best academy players into the first team

If mbappe goes Madrid , I’d have a real serious think about pushing rashford out to psg, I love rashy, he’s one of our own. It’s not even anything to do with his recent antics. He just isn’t the player type for the type of football we’re waiting to play, and we could really force the hand of psg and easily ask for 80% of what ever they get in for mbappe. It would be strange to see him go, but that could be a huge step in building a team. Right now we don’t have a team, we have a group of players.

I think the best thing for Donny, might be going back to Ajax, or at least the Eredivisie, it's a league he knows he can play well in, maybe being back in his home country might be good for his morale. I don't think we even get £100m for them 5. Sancho will be maximum £40m Van De Beek we will have to practically give away, he'll be another loan to buy as no one wants to take the risk of being stuck with him. Scott, Aaron and Maguire will be around £20m each, because of Maguire's age, AWB's contract expiry date and McTominay's ability. Maybe Berrada, Wilcox and Ashworth can work some magic, but they may be more interested in getting a deal done rather than spending the summer trying to haggle with likely premier league clubs, who clearly don't like doing business with United. Look at the way Newcastle and Southampton have reacted to our perfectly reasonable recruitment of some of their backroom staff, Bournemouth didn't react that way with Liverpool.

Sancho, McTominay, Antony, Van De Beek, Lindelof is who I'd get rid of. Varane is likely gone, Evans shouldn't be relied on leaving Kambwala and Martinez. Id keep Maguire for CB personnel reasons. Id also bring Alvaro Fernandez back for LB and try get Olise in to replace Antony.

I strongly disagree with AWB being sold, and as much as Dalot has been one of our most consistent players this season, I still think the both of them haven't finished having their say over who's the starting RB, and that''s the only position that has serious contention at United at the moment. Can we get better RBs? We probably can, but I don't think they should be anywhere near this conversation at the moment. There are many others who are more deserving.

Saying we gotta be bold, brave and ruthless but going for the lowest hanging fruit here. In all honesty this squad needs a complete overhaul. IMO here's everyone who needs to go: Past their prime: Casemiro, Varane, Eriksen, Evans Not good enough: Maguire, McTominay, Martial, Antony, Sancho, Donny, Lindelof, AWB, Malacia (maybe), Greenwood (with all his issues) Extremely overhyped (won't help us take the next step): Rashford, Dalot, Shaw, Mount (I know one season and all but he isn't it), Bruno (yup he's been great but won't help us become a cohesive team. time to cash in while he still has resale value)

Same thing goes for wan bissaka, what other full back in the world can play either side and back pocket world class wingers. His ball playing ability has dramatically improved and he deserves much more respect than what he gets. If he was at any other club man would be begging for him every week to join. Yes his not good enough to start every game but damn his a great asset who can perform one job to a world class standard, is that not the same idea for Trent but his more attacking ?

Your selection will crystallise about £200 million of FFP losses and leave the club unable to buy anyone and probably leave United in breach of FFP rules. Apart from that and the fact that you missed Antony ( who would crystallise another £50 million of losses), it’s a good list.

Easy, first and most important is Rashford, then as follows. Donny, Sancho, Greenwood, Varane, Lindelof, Maguire, Casemiro,, Martial, Williams. Then the summer after: McTominnay, Anthony, Shaw if he can't stay fit, Martinez if he has another season unfit like this one and the same With Mount and Malacia. Another year like this injured all the time... they need to go. Possibly Onana if he has another up and down season next year. We need strong, fit players that can not spend entire seasons injured all the time. I'm done with 80% of this squad! Utterly done with em! Rashford most of all!

Sancho's not going anywhere anytime soon. He's on 300k plus a week, Dortmund won't be able to match anywhere near that. So unless we stump up a 20 odd million payout, not gonna happen. We will piss around with loans etc until his contract expires. Glazernomics!!

The only one of these I'd keep is AWB although ideally he would go too. Given how many players we need, I don't think we're also going to buy a second-choice RB so we'll need him. A number 6 of course is Greenwood: we'll get a few quid for him.

Why sell assets that are great at what they do. He should never be starting for us I agree, but the goal scoring ability when your chips are low. Is legit next to none. Can't argue, £140mill realistically but worth it, time to wipe the slate clean. Liked what you said about mufc not being a club that sacks managers knee jerk. We stand for better in good times and bad. Dave Sexton lasted 3yrs and was pretty awful tbo. Cheers .

I expect McTom to stay, even though the FFP argument is valid. I doubt MU will have enough transfer business to also replace squad players, especially if Casemiro and Veran go. There would be too much pressure to replace in depth. Greenwood should be on the list and is likely to be half the value of McTom. Also Malacia unless the coaching staff believe he's better than AWB. So 1.2-1.5 mil is as good as it's likely to be.
