Plants like Jimsonweed can look like a couple other edible plants but it is a dangerous poison. Its leaves look like other nightshade species but it is far more dangerous to consume. Blue flag Iris is a very beautiful plant however it often grows next to cattail and it looks very similar, so it's another poisonous plant to avoid when foraging. Common Dogbane is useful for rope making but can be confused with Common Milkweed so it's important to know the differences. White Snakeroot is commonly found growing along other edible or medicinal plants and can look like Wood Nettle, so we'll give a good comparison between the two.
